Currently, the L pills with a number have become the over the counter medications. Typicall, but not always it is some type of generic acetaminophen. Sorry but I couldn't find it for you, perhaps when zippysgoddess comes on again she will be able to identify it for you. what is this pill? One side says "SCI", and the other side is just.."4" ## Where was it found/obtained? Was it in the U.S. or elsewhere? I'm not finding this listed in the U.S. prescription drug databases and have never seen this marking, before. With that marking, it leads me to suspect that it may be something that is available over the counter, but there is also a chance that it could be a foreign medication.
