Since it is a supplement and not a drug, the side effect profiles for it have not been studied, as is done for prescription medications, but some people have reported nausea, when taking it. I was prescribed Clarithromycin 14 x 500mg by my doctor at Christmas for a cold that seemed to be developing into a chest infection. I didn't want to be ill during Christmas so I got the prescription dispensed. In the event I didn't need to take it but the flu I now have has developed into a chest infection. Normally I am prescribed 250mg twice daily for 7 days. Could I take 500mg once per day for 7 days or should I cut the 500mg pill and take it as 250mg twice daily. I am concerned about compromising the efficiency of the treatment. Any advice? ## What are the instructions on the prescription? The usual dosing for that type of infection is 500mgs, every 12 hours, for 7 days, which probably explains why he gave you 14 tablets. Learn more Clarithromycin details here. Adjusting it...

Doctor prescribed this tablet b/c (vitamin she said) I would like to know if there are no side effects. ## Hi Julie, Are you perhaps referring to "Lipo BC" Fat-Burning Pills? That was the only name coming up under my research for this BC (vitamin) tablet, and it does appear to contain only vitamins with no other active ingredients. There's not a whole lot of information on the tablets themselves, but you can view more info on it by running a google search for "lipo bc tablet". I hope this helps!

Hello I have been on Amplodipine 5mg tablets for 18 months but my ankles kept swelling up. They have changed my tablets to Losartan Krka 50mg which I did not take as I thought they made a mistake by giving me 50mg tabs instead of 5mg. White round pill with a score on the front, above the score it has a B and underenth the score it has 19? what is it...? ## Hi Bob - I have not been able to find a pill matching the exact description which you provided. The closest thing which I have seen is a round white pill with a score mark in the middle. One side has BI on either half of the score mark, and the other side has 91 on either half. That is a Mirapex 1.5mg. Unfortunately this sounds pretty different from what you have described. My guess at this point is that it can either be an over-the-counter product, or a prescription drug from outside the united states. Can you post back any other details such as a manufacturer name, where this was found, or country of origin of the pill?
