T Arkamin

I have been suffering from High pulserate and High BP.I am 26yrs old. But after investigating DOC did not find any cardiac related diseases. Doc has suggested Tel ma AMH-80 , Arkamin & EM-beta-100 mg . After using these tabs i am having sleep pattern disturbances such as sleep jerks ,legs shaking during night & continuous dreams.I am not sure which of the above tablets are causing me these side effects . Please let me know which tablet to stop immediately and replace with another one. Thank you. ## When changed to Telma 80 on doctor's advice from Telma 80H , I have noticed heaviness in my legs & some swelling on the ankle joints & also lesser flow of urine .

I am currently on subutex 2mg daily and want to withdraw,using Arkamin /clonodine /100mg TABS/?can you tell me what sort of reduction I should do?what dose of subutex would you suggest I get down too?I only have experience of using brand 0.1mg clonodine, So can you suggest what kind of daily doses in mg (100)/Arkamin/clonodine :I should be using during the withdrawal period to best alleviate the hypertension/raised blood pressure that I wish to avoid? In the past the detox has been done over approx 10 days starting at 2mg /increasing to a max of 2.4mg/ and then reducing to avoid rebound withdrawal symptoms to nothing over the last 3/4 days.However, as these are generic and 100mg/ I don't know what doses to use as an equivalent ?. I am 66 yrs, having essential hypertension since 1996. I started with Nuril2.5mg but the medicines had to be increased gradually to Amlopress, Telsar, Amlopress AT( though my pulse rate alaways been around 50-60pm). Now am taking Tide10mg, Arkamin thrice, Tozaar R5 twice, Amlopress AT, yet BP varies between 140/90 and 120/75. . I play tennis almost regularly but of late geting tired and out of breath soon. SUFFERING FROM BLOODPRESSURE AND HEART TROUBLE ## Sir, I am having high blood pressure since 1996. Started with Nuril 2.5mg, the dose had to be incresed from time to time as the BP increased. Recently BP went as high as 170 / 115. i am 49 year old female and have been having hypertension for the last 9 years and i am also having hypothyroidism for the last 15 years. My thyroid profile is ok. I am obese. Initially i was prescribed atenelol 50, but after 2 years it was changed to teneroic 50 as i was having edema. but after taking it for last 6 yrs. my BP has started to fluctuate a lot 180-140/110-90. i have been prescribed amtas twice, metpure xl 50 twice, minipress, arkamin 1/2 twice. now my BP is 116-121/65-75. it is ok

I have enlarged prostrate for last 5 yrs. In Sonography its size varied from 22 to 44 gms. Recently I have started very urgent urge to urinate, though quantity of urine is not much. I want to know the name or salt name of the tablet my dr. gave to me opened and in a plastic pack with two other tablets named arkamin and clonazepam for dioxide opium addiction. The reason I want to know the name of this small round white tablet is because he gave me too expansive. Only this tablet and every time he gave me after opened from package and in small plastic bag if I know the name of tablet I confirm from market then I ask him why he gave me these tablets too expensively. Can you help me and tell me the name of tablet? ## I have "Clonazepam" hopefully, with one side blank (No Markings) and the other crossed (one line). I can't find it anywhere on the internet where that is common or even exists. The vendor did not reply to my inquiry regarding this issue.

Liofen 10 Pills are round, white with SUN imprint on one side, scored on other side. Is this chemically similar to Baclofen? Arkamin brand Clonidine is scored, round white and imprinted with ARKAMIN. Do you think these are safe and effective? ## Unfortunately, since they are from India, I can't verify any information for you from the markings on them. There is no database of markings to refer to that would enable me to do so. However, I can tell that in the CIMS India database, Liofen is listed as containing the active ingredient Baclofen, which is a muscle relaxant. I suffered a CVA .the doctors prescribed minipress xl 5 mg and cilacar 5mg both in the morning and evening.i am also taking clopilet 75 and rosuvas 20.i am having severe pain in my right leg and right knee joint.now my doctor has directed me take minipress only in the evening.is it okay to stop minipress in the morning abruptly. ## It is always best to follow your doctor's instructions. Sir, I am on diltiazem 60 twice daily. but my bp has risen last week - its around 160/100. my doc has prescribed arkamin 150 trice daily. should i take this as I am a patient of kidney transplant. my kidney was tranp in 2006.
