Syndopa Side Effects

My father in law is taking Syndopa and has got sores on his back. Is this a side effect to this medication. please advise ## Hi Sandra, Based on my research, sores aren't listed as one of the side effects of Syndopa (Carbidopa + Levodopa ). The only related side effect I've found is skin rash/itching- maybe your dad is having an allergic reaction to the medication? Have you spoken with your doctor about this yet? my friend is suffering Parkinson disease from 5 years.he is taking syndopa 125 mg with the combination of lopark. Is there any drug to decrease the side effects. ## My mother is 62 years old suffering from Parkinson since 6 month and taking syndopa 110mg naw she's having nausea and vomiting can she continues this medicine. ## My wife is taking Syndopa plus 125mg( thrice a day ) and pacitane 2mg. (twice a day ) for the last 3 months. This is causing her nausea, vomiting,dry mouth disturbed sleep. Can these tablets be discontinued or are there any medicines to overcome the side-effects?

my mom has started syndopa plus (2x1/2 tablets/day for 7 days followed by 3x1/2 tablets/day) 3 days back. She is diagnosed with Perkinsons. She is now showing delusions and talking randomly. My mother taking a syndopa 110 wat side effect plz tell me ## The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, loss of appetite, diarrhea, stuffy nose, blurred vision, cough and strange dreams. How is your mother doing?

what is the difference between Syndopa CR & Syndopa Plus? ## It is requested to let me know the side effects of Syndopa Plus medicine. my mom has been taking syndopa275, ropark(ropinirole .25 ,lioresal-10(baclofen) & b.crip 1.25 (bromocriptine mesylate i.p ) for the past 2 years .for the past 2 months she is not able to recognise even her daughters .she is 83 years old .she neednt talk .even if she gives us a recognised look we will be immensely pleased .is it because of prolonged use of drcs .please enlighten me ## I am assuming from the list of medications you provided that your mother is being treated for Parkinson's Disease or something similar to it, because that it generally what these are all used for. My father (76 years) is suffering from imbalance during walking. So his neurologist prescribed a syndopa CR (125 mg) tablet, twice a day, and after one month he changes to a syndopa plus (125 mg) tablet. ## He should follow his doctor's instructions for the best results. My right hand shakes. pain when I stretch my right hand vertically. I take a sleeping tablet daily 0.25mg. My doctor prescribed Syndopa plus. I am diabetic and take medicines for high BP. BP and diabetics are under control.
