Everytime I take my shows of Norco that I've been taking for years it knocked me out and so does my husband I've gotten B's once before and I don't know what's going on it is a different manufacturer called qualitest remember I've been on pills for a long time like 4 years and I've never had a problem with falling asleep or at knocking me out like this so I was wondering if there is anything that you can help me with find out if these are different bills or these are stronger or they change them please let me know thank you ## Drowsiness can be a normal side effect of narcotic pain medications, according to FDA reports. You may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth. Have you always been taking the same dosage? Have you switched medication...

I have a fractured rib and chronic lower back pain and have been on Norco for a year (7.5-325). I have been switched to Tramadol since this recent shortage. I have not been able to find any pharmacy in the Detroit area that can fill my Norco prescription. I have read that it has been gone to a controlled substance level II, and that they had to relabel everything. I called the manufacturers, and they said that they had relabeled everything, so that wasn't the issue. Then I was told that the pharmacies have to do a ton of paperwork to receive it now. Each pharmacy says they keep ordering, and they keep not getting in shipments. I am really just wondering if anyone knows when pharmacies will be back in stock (or if anyone knows of a particular pharmacy in the detroit area that carries...

Just want to know difference between both pills, beside Manufacturers. I was taking Hydocodone-Acetaminophen 10-325 yellow pill #1096 on one side a V on other side. I was then switched to a white oval pill with the same strength, but has U03 on one side. both say substituted for Norco. ## Hello, Chula! How are you? That is the only difference. When a medication is available for generic production, it is usually manufactured by several different companies, because this creates market competition to help keep prices down. The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Even though both are ge...

I have been taking v3601 yellow norco since I have had 2 spinal fusion done and they work great. One pill lasts about six hours. Now my pharmacy switched to IP 110 and I have to take 3 to 4 pills every 4 to 5 hours and they make me feel weird. I don't care what anyone says, there is a difference in the two. The ip110 are complete garbage and should be taken off the market. I am in so much pain still after 4 pills and feel like crap. How can this manufacturer think no one would notice the difference? So now I have to go all month (well I won't make it all month) taking two to three time more a day than normal. I will run out. This is such crap. So now I am forced to take more then prescribed a day just to somewhat help the pain instead of taking less to help the pain. Completely ...

Is the yellow dye in the Qualitest hydrocodone tablets tartrazine, aka FD & C yellow # 5? Many people, myself included, are highly sensitive to this dye. Lots of manufacturers still use it, for unknown reasons. But some have switched to an iron compound for the yellow color (who needs it?!). I have spent much time online trying to get this info, to no avail. If anyone knows, your response would be greatly appreciated! ## Hello, Bluecat! How are you? Actually, it is listed as being FD&C yellow #6. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## My son-in-law takes the yellow Norcos. Then one day, he picked up his meds ...

I really need to know if I can cut in half the mallinckrodt 7.5 325 hydrocodin. I usually get the scored qualitest 7.5 325 I take one half 4 times aday, but, my pharmacist switched to the unscored tablet. ## Hi yvonne, Usually when there is a score line (divid) embedded into the tablet, it means the manufacturer purposely made it so patients could easily cut it in half. However based on my own past experience having to split a Norco tablet without a score line, I'd still feel safe cutting the pill in half AS LONG AS the drug itself is not in extended-release form; which it doesn't sound like yours is. Some patients may not agree with me on cutting it in half when there is no score line present, but I haven't heard of any good reason not to when it comes to this particular ta...

oval pill with red dots on them. Pill says watson ## I am assuming there is some other marking on the tablet, in addition to the Watson? To positively identify it, I will need the complete marking. If its Watson 3202, it contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Lortab, a narcotic pain reliever. ## Ive been told that the red specks .are caffeine ## I was wondering if any one knows what the red specks r exactly. I've been switched from my medications for back pain and got the 5/325 norco which is watson on one side n the 3202 on the other with red specks of course. Btw I have a gpa named joe schmohe literally ## The red dots are just part of the pill, it's how the manufacturer identifies their pill, i.e. Watson has their name on theirs Vi...

I have been taking Hydrocodone-Acetominophen 7.5-325 for years for degenerative disks in my back. The generic Aurobindo tablets don't work for me and make me nauseated. Applause go to: Mallinckrodt. Mallinckrodt manufactures that same prescription (white pill M366) and they are the only ones I have found that actually work with no unpleasant side effects. I really wish my pharmacy hadn't switched manufacturers. I am extremly disappointed in Aurobindo generic for Norco. The other one that didn't work was orange with a V on one side and 36|05 on the other, manufactured by Qualitest. It was garbage, just like the Aurobindo. ## I've probably just read 50 reviews on Hydrocodone 10-325's & you're the first person that actually has something good to say about Mallin...
