Swab Test For Meth

I was given a swab test to see if I was using illicit drugs on top of my methadone, and to my shock it came back positive for coke and heroin and negative for methadone and diazepam which I take daily. Does anyone know how this could happen? Thing is I took a urine test 2 weeks prior and that was fine, so what happened I do not know. Any info would be appreciated.

Been taking 100 mg. liquid methadone a day for about 5 yrs. (at a clinic)Recently was told I had been testing neg. for Methadone (oral swab test) for multiple mos.(8 I think) and got my 5 take home privileges revoked! I have been taking methadone for 6 year every day as prescribed. Just got off two 3 weeks ago. Is it possible for methadone to stay in ur system for longer because I was on it so long? I took two tests the same day, a mouth swab that was positive for opioids and methadone. I am on methadone and tramadol. Anyway I asked to do a urine test to show the opioids were not heroin, and the test showed no methadone but yes to heroin. How can it say no to methadone when it was positive in a mouth swab and how can i be positive for heroin when I only took tramadol and codeine? This is my first failed test in over six months and do not understand why they said different things. Any advice will be great as I am fighting to keep my baby and script for methadone.

I took a quarter piece of a methadone wafer, that would be considered 10 milligrams. I orally took it on Sunday and have a oral mouth swab test tomorrow which is Friday. I had took Methamphetamine around 12pm, then I got a call from my cps case worker to go visit with her. I didnt meet up with her until 5 pm as she caught me off guard and I went to my room and put hair moose in my mouth then went to take the saliva test. I have been on methadone maintenance for 24 years at 50 mg per day. Several years ago I was severely injured and have chronic often debilitating pain for which there is no solution other than spinal inj's. and pain medicine. I take Opana ER 40 mg every 12 hours and have 4 mg of Dilaudid for breakthrough pain a maximum of two tablets per day. What has me baffled is that at the methadone program they do oral swab tests and for the last 9 months the only drug that comes up positive is the methadone and I get a negative result for my pain meds.
