I have deficiency of Vitamine b 12 c d e and zinc. My docter recomended me Methylcobal 500 injection daily for 7 days evion 400 daily one Surbex z one daily Sunny D one capsule daily..... is there any side effects ## taking sunny D daily is very curious... please ask from doctor again... what I have heared that Sunny D should be taken once in two weeks. or once in a week. not more than that. ## These are all pretty potent, so the NIH lists them as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and diarrhea. Are you on any other medications? What does Sunny D contain? Are you on any other medications?
