I think i need vitamin B12, and I understand that Neurovit is B12 only, without Vitamin B1 and B6. I took B1,B6 and B12 combined but I suddenly experienced tingling/needle-like sensation so stopped taking Supraneuron tablets. ## Have you consulted your doctor to see if you need it? Too much Vitamin B12 can be just as dangerous as not having enough of it in your body.
