Supradyn Multivitamin

I am vegetarian and 25 year old man. I am not on good diet, I live away from home, I eat mostly protein/fat things, i eat almost no vegetables. so I am looking for good multivitamins tablets. can I take supradyn if I don't have a prescription? is it safe ? can i continue for whole year? ## Is supradyn vegetarian ?

What are the side effects of Supradyn if consumed on a daily basis for a year? ## Well, as you have already stated, Supradyn is a multivitamin supplement, not an actual medication. This means that the side effect profiles of it are not studied, as is done for traditional prescription drugs. The only thing really known is that some people do report some nausea, after taking it. Supradyn tablets appear to just be your typical multivitamin supplement with added ginseng or Co Q10, generally prescribed for treating vitamin deficiency in patients. Also when it comes to multivitamins, there's no time limit or specific number of days that you are required to take it for, as this is going to vary greatly from patient to patient depending on whether or not you really do have any vitamin deficiencies. Can I take expired Supradyn [Multivitamin Tablets with Minerals & Trace Elements]?

Hello, I'm having hard time swallowing Supradyn film-coated pills. I was curious if the splitting the tablet in half (for easier swallowing obviously) will reduce the effect of the pill, or have some other negative effect. Thanks... ## Usually if there is a score line (divid) embedded into the tablet, it means the manufacturer purposely made it so patients could easily cut it in half. However from personal experience, I've found that with typical multivitamin/mineral tablets (such as Supradyn), it doesn't seem like there should be any problems if you were to cut it in half. From what I've found, Supradyn is just a multivitamin nutritional supplement that contains a complex of nutrients vital to your overall health. There are generally considered safe to take, as long as your doctor approves and there is no set time frame that you need to take them or stop taking them, again unless your doctor specifies otherwise. They are fairly potent, so they may cause some nausea and should be taken in the morning to avoid having problems sleeping. Is there anything else I can help with?

After consuming supradyn for more than a month , leg cramps reduced but noticed considerable increase in hair loss. The daily hair loss is too much . I have stopped taking supradyn for a fortnight but hair loss is continuing. Kindly advise. ## Supradyn is just a multivitamin/mineral supplement, so it should not cause hair loss. sir I recently started taking supradyn multivitamin and vitamin E tablets with vitamin C tablets, but I am expriencing pain during urination. It could be a urinary tract infection, so you need to see your doctor as soon as possible.
