Supra B Complex

I am taking supraneuron for the first time. I merely asked the pharmacy for any vitimin b-complex and this tablet was recommended to me. For 2 days now, since I started taking the tablet, I seem to feel very slight difficulty of breath. I am not sure if it is because of the table, though. I wish to know the contents of the tablet, including indications. Unfortunately, the pharmacy where I bought the medicine has no available literature regarding the medicine. ## Have you spoken to your doctor? This tablet contains 250mgs of B1, 250mgs of B6 and 500mcgs of B12. From what I've found, Supradyn is just a multivitamin nutritional supplement that contains a complex of nutrients vital to your overall health. There are generally considered safe to take, as long as your doctor approves and there is no set time frame that you need to take them or stop taking them, again unless your doctor specifies otherwise. They are fairly potent, so they may cause some nausea and should be taken in the morning to avoid having problems sleeping. Is there anything else I can help with?

I think i need vitamin B12, and I understand that Neurovit is B12 only, without Vitamin B1 and B6. I took B1,B6 and B12 combined but I suddenly experienced tingling/needle-like sensation so stopped taking Supraneuron tablets. ## Have you consulted your doctor to see if you need it?
