Is diclofenac potassium b.p 50mg, pitofenone hydrochloride 5 mg and fenpiverinium bromid .1mg - super spas tablet safe in the 27th week of pregnancy? ## I am 82yrs old. Can I take this tablet after meals as stomach pain is always there? ## Shailendr, no it should not be taken during pregnancy, unless your doctor has instructed you to take it. Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that can cause blood thinning and an increased risk of bleeding, according to NIH warnings, thus it is not usually given during late pregnancy. Vishv, it can cause stomach irritation as a side effect, according to NIH warnings, along with nausea, and headache. Have you seen a doctor regarding the stomach pain? Are you on any other medications?

My name is Sara. I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and crohns. I take prednisone and 50 mg tramadol. I've also been prescribed cyclobenzaprine for muscle spasms. Im super sensitive to medications and im allergic to penicillin sulfa toridol, cant take nsaids as I'm allergic to shell fish. Im terrified to start the Gabapentin for spinal and nerve pain. Im afraid i will have a reaction to it. Its 300 mg every 8 hrs. Any advice or reassurance? ## Sara It's surprising that you can tolerate tramadol since that's very similar to the NSAID family. One would think tramadol would cause the same effects that NSAIDs do.Gabapentin is a drug extremely effective for nerve pain unfortunately it has a host of side effect that many find bothersome. But If your prescriber believes ...

have been on Advair for 6 months, but can't stop because of bronchial spasms. Any suggestioins ## Please speak to your doctor. Many people do use it for a lot longer than 6 months, but if your doctor wants you to stop using it, or you feel a need to do so, then ask them what your options are to solve this issue. ## I have been using advair for many years under a drs supervision. It has made a big difference in my breathing. It is not a quick acting inhaler but seems to help lungs long term.

Hello guys , I'm from nepal recently I'm in australia with my family. I think its very harmful. When I was 18 I use this kind of drugs In that time I took 1 file opidol and many formulae like:Spasmo,stagan,D-kof etc. And many time I'm senseout or overdose then I'll leave all thing . Now I'm in australia and Im happy here with my family. So please stop using that of drugs its very harmful. ## Thank for you sharing this warning with others. Not all medications are harmful, if they are taken as prescribed and under supervision of a doctor. Overdoses only occur if someone takes more than they are supposed to take. The NIH warns that opiates carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. ...

I've been taking very high levels of Oxycodone liquid 10mg/ml strength 60mls daily with oxycodone moderated release 40mg tablets 2 per day for over 5 years, under close supervision from my doctor. I have numerous medical conditions: Gastric Dismotility Syndrome (following Vagotomy & Pyloroplasty for gastric ulcers of unknown cause) chronic pancreatitis and gall stones. I've also got hypermobile joints with long history of shoulder dislocation. Recently my shoulder has become unstable, when it slips out of joint the muscles around go into very painful spasm. So I've been prescribed 5 x 2mg diazepam tablets and also baclofen. I also take Ondansetron, domperidone and esomeperazole tablets for stomach condition. I've read that mixing benzo's with opioids isn't sa...

Have been using Mesulid for chronic knee pain from osteoarthritis. It has been the only medication that has stopped the inflammation and pain. I was prescribed from a pharmacy in Greece. Here in the states I can't get it. ## I experienced severe muscle spasms in the States after Physical Therapy for my upper back. We traveled to Greece in August of 2009, a week after the symptoms first appeared, and while I was still in incredible physical pain. A doctor here prescribed Mesulid, until he could see me, once he returned from vacation, 4 days after the prescribed medication. It hasn't been a super drug yet, but it HAS helped lessen my symptoms, and helped me cope a bit better. It has also made me drowsy and yesterday, 2 days after administration, I have a dull headache. However, at...

Can you take this muscle relaxer with a pain pill? A Vicodin 5/500? ## Sure no problem if you want to get really messed up. ## Yes you can take Baclofen with Vicodin. I take Baclofen with Norco 10/325. Have been on this cocktail of these two meds for quiet sometime now. May make you a little drowsy at first but once your system gets used to it there is no problem. Hope this helps, God Bless, and you will be in my prayers. I am on these due to a spinal birth defect from birth. ## These medications are often prescribed together to treat pain, and the muscle spasms that can contribute to pain. However, they should only be taken together with a doctor's approval, and under a doctor's regular supervision of the patient, because both of them can cause depression of the central nervous...
