When Shellcal 250 is advised by doctors? ## Shelcal 250 is a product of India; so firstly, it would only be prescribed if you live in India or some other places outside of the U.S. It is simply a Calcium with Vitamin D Tablet (250 mg). Both Calcium and Vitamin D are essential to your health and proper bone strength and density. I would imagine that one would need to be severely deficient in either of these nutrients in order to get this prescribed. On separate note, I didn't know one needed a prescription for vitamins? I have been on norco 10/325 4x a day since I was 20. After I had my first baby my back has been downhill. With car accidents a couple of falls and I'm a dental assistan so imagine the constant movement of that area. Omgeez!! My ? Is if anyone knows of any pm doctors that won't make me feel bad about being in constant pain. I have a great neurologist but I'm moving and won't have much time to travel. I have celiac disease and I just refilled a prescription for Oxycodone 5mg Tabs. My pharmacy switched manufacturers from QLT to SUN Pharmaceuticals (the site says the generic is made by Caraco Pharmaceutical. I took one and 3 hours later I'm having gluten-like pain. The Sun-Caraco site lists the inactive ingredients as: anhydrous lactose, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, and sodium starch glycolate. I have a recipe for a weight-loss sunday and it calls for Matcha green tea powder. I couldn't find that so was wondering if I rip a green tea bag open if it will be comparable? thanks ## I doubt it's really going to work the same.
