my mother is a suger patient. and suffering from arthritis and suffering severe knee pain. she is recently given a mild shock treatment in the knees. and after that as a effect she is having a sore knee and experiencing severe pain. now is it safe and pain reliever to use ibuprofen gel for her?

Serious spine issues. Too many to list, multiple sugeries, multiple needed surgeries and failed surgeries. My doc prescribes 30mg of oxicodone/roxi whatever. My pills have always been blue. This time, my insurance company decided I was taking too much, lowered my dose and gave me some white NP 15 generic brand equal to 30mg. Load of crap. They do not help with the pain AT ALL. I tried taking 3 at one time. No relief. I feel it's a plecebo. I'm sweating, in pain, and no one gives a rats ass. This medicine allows me to work. I can not afford to live on disability. I am type 2 dm since 10 yrs on metformin 1gm-glymepride 1mg bd filling some neuropathy symptoms n suger control is not so good ## According to NIH reports, both sugars and fats in your diet can affect your blood sugar levels. What types of foods do you eat? Do you keep your intake of both as low as possible? Fats tend to coat the cells and prevent them from absorbing the sugars needed for energy, so elevated amounts of it may remain in your blood. Have you considered trying insulin to see if it provides you with better control? How much exercise do you usually get each day?
