Subutex Or Zubsolv

I was recently on zubsolv for 2 months. I quit cold turkey and amazingly no withdraws!!! I took suboxne for the same amount of time before and was severely sick for near 2 weeks. So i would recommend zubsolv. Not sure if it was a miracle or something crazy happened. ## I do find it interesting that Zubsolv containing the same active ingredients as Suboxone (buprenorphine + naloxone) would cause such a completely different reaction in some users. Do you think your positive experience with Zubsolv could've just been a matter of each manufacturer putting a different set of binders/fillers in each tablet? If you happen to know the pill imprint or who makes that particular brand, I could post back here with the corresponding list of inactive ingredients to help determine what it is that ...

I was on subutex 8mg and ive been reading about these new subutexs with the 8 and the arrow on them. I got a different kind there zubsolv 5.7 mg/1.4 mg? I dont understand is one of these pills equal to a 8 mg? There small white round tablet imprinted with 5.7 on the front? ## Subutex contains just the narcotic Buprenoprhine as the active ingredient, so an 8mg tablet of it contains that much of the Buprenorphine… Where the Zubsolv is actually an equivalent to Suboxone, because it contains the Buprenorphine (in this case 5.7mgs) and Naloxone (in this case 1.4mgs). Learn more Subutex details here. Learn more Suboxone details here. So no, they aren't equal to the 8mg Subutex tablets. This medication is a narcotic opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause si...

I recently moved to another state, I'm been on subxone for 7 months and now I have no insurance at all, I paid 300$ to see a Dr. I received a free cupon for 15 Zubsolve and I went back to my Dr. He put me on Subutex for 1 month because its cheaper then the strips! I have my script and I went to one Pharmacy and its 320.00 for 48 of them.. I know its cheaper then 450.00 for my strips. I'm having trouble paying for my script. I can get generic for too but I do not know where to fill them. I heard that some pharmacies may charge as low as 2$ a pill but I'm having a hard time finding one. Just thought maybe someone might know of a place or Drug company that has assistance with help.. I will be out of my zubsolv in 3 days. I've never been on subutex before. My Dr said just on...

What is the difference between single component orange and white subutex? ## I'm pretty sure the orange is the film, and the subutex is pill form. Same thing. There is also Zubsolve another pill form, minty taste. Does the same thing. Opioid treatment ## Are the ones you're asking about both tablets? Are there any markings on them? From the limited information in your post, I assume they have just been manufactured by different companies, but that may not be true, depending on your answers to the other questions I asked. The FDA warns that Subutex carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. ## You are entirely wrong! Why do people give advice about things that they know nothing about? Ther...

I was prescribed zubsolv for pain and found that one if the ingredients is making me overly nauseated and have horrible headaches. I was informed Subutex doesn't have that particular ingredient. Does anyone know if it help chronic pain(for gi pain) and if there are bothersome side effects? ## candy Your not drinking enough water, with that drug you need to maximize your water intake.Take care and God bless. Rocket666 ## How much water do I need to drink with the med to keep me from getting sick? It hurts to eat or drink so I have t force myself and deal with the pain which hopefully will eventually subside. Also is Subutex better than zubsolv? ## Hello, Candy! How are you? No, it isn't your water intake. Some people just have that type of reaction to the Naloxone that's in it...

I have been on suboxone since 2008. 3 weeks ago I was switched to Zubsolve bc my ins stopped paying for the subs. Anyway the Zubs are awful. I've been sick for 3 weeks and am having to take 3x the dose I'm suppose to be taking. I'm going to the doc today to get back on the suboxone, yet I still have the ins problem. Has anyone been on both Suboxone and Subutex to compare the 2. Subutex would be a lot cheaper if it actually works. I don't want to buy another script that doesn't work. Zubsolv was suppose to be the same as suboxone, even better. It is a nightmare for me. It does not work at all like the suboxone. Anyone??? Thanks ## Was on buprenorphine for 3 years and My ins did the same thing.. I was on zubsolv for week and had the worst headache, felt awful.. Decided...

Has anyone here had any experience weaning themselves off of zubsolv? I've been on it for almost a year now and I really want to get completely off. I've gotten myself down to only half a pill a day but when I try to stop completely I still go through terrible withdrawal. Any suggestions? ## I have been on it for 7-8months with subutex, suboxone, some other one, and Zubzolv. IT IS HELL!!! I've been on the above meds off and on, but this time it's been 3 years. ## What dosage are you taking? Cutting down to only half a pill may still be too much and thus, could be the reason for the withdrawals. However, without your dosage information, it's hard to say. Have you consulted your doctor for assistance? The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate, so it has the poten...

They aren't working and I'm still craving pain pills. I wanted suboxone or subutex and my insurance won't pay for it, but my doctor can get my insurance to go through for suboxone or subutex. I've done paid $250 & he told me it's too much to do that as it would take him 2 hours on the phone to get one of them to go through & when I went in for my 2nd appt. 2 of my friends were there & to my surprise one got suboxone & the other got subutex. I was so pissed cause I keep paying all this $ for something that isn't helping me. I live in Cumberland, MD if anyone knows of any other places I could go to get the help I need. Please, I would be very grateful. Thanks. ## Suboxone and Zubsolv both contain the same active ingredients, Buprenorphine and Naloxo...

I've been prescribed 90 Subutex a month. My doctor quit seeing patients for Subutex and I am seeing a doctor about Zubsolv in the morning. I'm worried about getting a high enough dose that I'm use to and the effects. Can someone tell me how many I will probably get a month? I'm worried. ## Hello, Amanda! How are you? How did your appointment go? The best thing to do would be to make sure he gets a copy of your records from the other doctor, so he can see what dose you were on and prescribe accordingly. However, not all will prescribe a month's worth for a new patient. Some will start with only 2 weeks. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effe...

I wasn't able to afford my regularly prescribed 2 subutex this past Friday. My doctor gave me prescription for Zubsolv along with a coupon for 15 free to get me through till I could afford my subutex the following week. The zubsolv is making me extremely sick. I feel nauseous, sick to my stomach, lite headed and just not myself at all. I hate it to the point I'm only taken 1 zubsolv a day just so I'm not super sick in DTs. My question is??? I took a Zubsolv this morning at 7am and its now 5:30pm. I'm starting to feel very sick. I have a subutex and was wondering if it be safe for me to take a piece of it to make me feel better? I can't take zubsolv anymore I can't stand the way it makes me feel and the sick feeling that goes along with it the throughout the day. ...

I have been on generic Subutex for about 3 years. Prior to that I was on Methadone then switched to Suboxone. At 1st I took the Methadone and Suboxone for MAT, as I used to abuse alcohol and drugs. I've been clean from all illicit drugs and alcohol for 9 years. I have severe chronic back pain, prior back surgery, now defective due to post surgery trauma. My doctor is going to switch me to Zubsol, it's the only thing my insurance will cover. Will Zubsol still help with the chronic pain. I can't and don't want to take any if the other narcotics. Subutex has both controlled my pain to a level that I can function on and I have never abused nor wanted to abuse it. I just don't know what to expect when I change the medication ??? ## Zubsolv contains Buprenorphine, and Nalo...

Found a small white pill in my sons room it has a larger 5 in the middle with either a dash or a period followed by a smaller size 7. What is this pill?? ## Hello, Tyzach! How are you? Yes, this is similar to Subutex, it's called Zubsolve and contains 5.7mgs of Buprenorphine and 1.4mgs of Naloxone. This is a narcotic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

I am not allergic to suboxone. However they give me headaches and prices are outrageous! I was tricked into switching from subutex to trying these new Zubsolv's which has made my life hell, literally. I am not an abuser. I have been struggling with treatment itself in terms of finding a doctor who will prescribe what helps "Subutex" and who will not take me off it in a month or two and try experimenting my life with suboxone, subzolv and whatever else. I'm not seeking this medication to abuse it. It works so perfectly for me and its so stressful to think that nobody will prescribe it. I pay $2.50 for Subutex,$9.80 for subzolv and $10.17 for suboxon film. I'm just trying to get by in life with the least amount of stress possible. Where can I find a doctor who will unders

White pill that was supposed to be a Suboxone or Subutex either or. She brought them home I took one and now I kind of feel sick. Been taking Subs for a few years now and have never seen one of these pills. Can anyone confirm or deny whether this is a Suboxone or a Subutex? It's white round with a slash in the middle #9 on 5 on the bottom. ## Hi Dale, I'm not finding a pill on record with the NIH that matches your description. There is, however, a Zubsolv pill which sort of resembles what you have described. It is white, round, blank on one side, and has the # 5 then a hyphen (-) then the # 7 printed a bit smaller on the other side. NDC code is 54123-957. Sort of like (5-7) Zubsolv contains the same active ingredients as Suboxone. Could what I described above be what you are loo...

I went for a pre employment physical and a 10 panel urine drug screen. I take suboxone as prescribed by my doc. Will this show up on my screen? ## Yes...suboxone is synthetic morphine...it will show up as buprenorphine and naloxine or just morphine ## I have been taking Zubsolv for almost 2 weeks I have a urine drug screen in 7 days will I pass it if I don't take anymore? ## Suboxone, subutex, and zubsov all contain buprenorphine, a partial opiate agonist-antagonist. While it is an opioid narcotic, it DOES NOT show up in urine tests for opiates (ex. morphine, oxycodone...) A urine screen has to test for buprenorphine specifically to show up. That is how sub docs know that you are taking your subs and not using heroin or other opiates, because there are different separate tests for b...
