i am looking for a doctor in Long Island that is covered dy Medicaid ## Forgettabout' it! I'll do you a favor and save you at least 1&1/2 days which ='s wasting 36 hours calling dozens of doctors trying and hoping to find just even a single one who will accept even any kind of insurance (let alone yours). Not even any or even a one doctor will accept any medical insurance for suboxone treatment/ prescription and if you do find that one doctor in the NY tri-state area, please let me know. Legally/according to law, they away required and have to accept your insurance as payment, if they participate/accept your health insurance plan. BUT say suboxone/subutex/buprenorphrine & your done --- meaning no insurances are ever accepted for opiate maintenance programs. Dirty, sn...

I am looking for a doctor who prescribes suboxone in the New Orleans, slidell Louisiana area. I am a single mom with no insurance, can't afford 350 a visit and prescription cost. My kids have medicaid but I don't. Thanks. ## Suboxone treatment is still pretty new, so I am not aware of any doctors that offer cheaper prices, because they do have to maintain special approval and monitoring to treat patients with it. Learn more Suboxone details here. If you're looking for a cheaper alternative, you might want to check into Methadone clinics in your area, as it is usually much cheaper, since it's been used for a very long time. Learn more Methadone details here. Does anyone else have any suggestions to add? ## dr. adriean talbot excepts all insurences if you dont have insuren...

Hello i just found out i was having a baby i have bluecare insurance does anyone know a doc that prescribes subutex and takes my insurance and is in murfressboro tn please help ## I don't know how it is in TN, but judging by down here in GA, where I live and what I did when I found out I was pregnant and surprise surprise got laid off my job a week later. My best bet was to go get emergency Medicaid. And they would do anything to help you get off and stay off drugs, like they did for me. They paid for me to be in a private rehab center where they could monitor me and the baby and there were doctors and nurses there. So if suboxone makes withdrawal for and your child more bearable and safe, they'd probably have no problem with you having them since you'll be in a safe, clinic...

LOOKING FOR A DOCTOR WHO WILL PRESCRIBE PAIN MEDICINE FOR CHRONIC PAIN OR SUBUTEX FOR CHRONIC PAIN AND TAKES EITHER MEDICARE, PASSPORT, OR MEDICAID IN LOUISVILLE KENTUCKY OR CLOSE TO THERE ## Hello, Nanarobin! How are you? I'm very sorry that you're in pain. Unfortunately, there is no listing of doctors according to what they will or will not prescribe and what insurances they accept, that I can refer to for you. If you require controlled substances for the long-term ongoing treatment of chronic pain, you'll need to see a pain management specialist, due to the new regulations that were put in place last year, by the DEA. A general practitioner won't be able to help you. The FDA lists Subutex as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and m...
