I need help. I live in Knoxville Tennessee. ## Hello. I've talked to a couple doctors and I remember 2 or 3 of them but I did not put any information down, I forgot. I just need to know which suboxone doctors are cheapest on a monthly basis? Can you please let me know their names and the prices per month? Thank you. {edited for privacy} ## I am very sorry, but there is no available database of doctors current fee schedule that can be posted for you, I'm also not away of any free ones for the original poster. Joey, can you contact them, again, to ask? Suboxone is most commonly used to treat drug addiction, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth. ## I'm trying to get help as well.

I do not have medical insurance, but would like to know if I am able to get a prescription for Suboxone. I was treated 7 years ago by Dr. Glatt. San Mateo Ca. I took suboxone back then, and was clean for almost 8 years. Please tell me there is a Dr. in the San Francisco area willing to prescribe suboxone for me. I have 2 kids. I never neglected them except for showing them my time. I got to the point that I can deal with addiction and more so I wanted a different life. I was on Suboxone for 3 years now and it made my life ten times better. I was able to be the parent that I needed to be. Now I'm just scared that I'm not going to be able to bring myself off of these. ## Hello, Samantha! How are you? My son wants me to take him to a Methadone clinic to help with his long term opioid addiction, everything from Oxy to Dilaudid. Is this the right thing to do? ## Hello, Gina! How is your son doing? Methadone is a viable choice, however, most people that use it do end up needing a lifetime maintenance dose of it and daily visits to the clinic for a long time, before they earn take home doses, which are usually only up to 2 weeks worth. The other option is Suboxone, many people that take it do end up eventually becoming completely drug free. It is covered by some insurance plans, plus the patient usually gets a full month prescription from the get go, though the doctor or pharmacist may supervise the first dosing. You can discover more information on it at Suboxone.com click here. They ha...

I took Hydrocodone for pain for several years and became very dependent. I have been going to a Methadone Clinic now for 2 years and it saved my life. I have led a productive life since. I take care of my parents and they both are bedbound. It is getting so hard for me to go to the clinic daily. Does anyone know of a private doctor in Fort Worth Texas that subscribes Methadone? Thank you for your help ## Have you considered a possible switch to Suboxone? It has been very successfully used to enable people to become completely drug free, rather than staying dependent on something, as often happens with Methadone. Treatment with it is also often done with a take home prescription, rather than always having to go to a clinic for a daily dose. You can check for a doctor in your area at the ...

Just looking for a private doc to get methadone. I am tired of going to the clinic everyday ## Hello, Little One! How are you? I'm sorry, but a private doctor isn't allowed to prescribe it for addiction treatment. That can only be done by those that have been specially trained in its use for such, which means a clinic is your only option. But have you considered treatment with Suboxone? Learn more Suboxone details here. It is prescribed to be taken at home, rather than daily treks to a clinic and it also usually allows people to end up completely drug free, rather than requiring a lifetime maintenance dose like Methadone. Hello. I am a 26 year old male who has been struggling with opiate addiction for about a decade. Recently I tried the suboxone program which helped to a degree, but meds were way to expensive as well as the Drs appointment. So I am looking for help with my disease and I would like to know if methadone is the right route for me to go. Thanks ## Methadone does help many people and it can be cheaper than Suboxone, however, you will more than likely still have to visit a doctor or clinic regularly. The main drawback to Methadone is that it can also be quite an addictive substance and people that is use it usually end up requiring a lifetime maintenance dose of it, while Suboxone can be slowly tapered and enable the person to eventually become completely drug free. I'm hooked on opiates and want to stop. I've heard that methadone can help, Is this true? How does the program work? ## Hello, Victoria! How are you? Methadone can help, but it may not be an ideal solution. Most people that use Methadone to treat addiction end up requiring a lifelong maintenance dose of it and you have to go to a clinic daily to receive your dose, though after awhile, you may earn the right to have 2 weeks of take home doses. Another option, however, would be Suboxone, which has allowed many people to become completely drug free, it also helps prevent the abuse of other opiates, while someone is being treated with it. In some cases, your first dose is supervised by the doctor or your pharmacist, but usually after that, you get a month's prescription and retu...
