I have now been on suboxone for a year, I got on it when I found out I was pregnant last January 2013 and I had my beautiful healthy daughter in August 2013 I used to be on subutex during my pregnancy but once I had my daughter I was switched to suboxone. I am on 2 1/2 strips a day and my doctor has been wanting to lower my dose however I have so much going on that I am really nervous to do so. I have lately been dealing with my daughter on my own her father just didn't show me the respect I deserved and he wasn't willing to work to support our daughter so we separated and now I am left on my own with all the finances out daughter and looking for employment which this all just recently happened since the last time I saw my doctor on top of that my daughter has medical issues due...

I have taken 100mg of methadone around 0600 then I took another 100 mg about an hour later. Now I have been taking .5 mg of klonopins about four times today...I don't feel imparied...I'm not nodding out....should I be concerned that I won't wake up? ## Possibly yes I've recently lost two friends that overdosed on benzodiazepines and opiates. Ok. Can anyone help me find a website or websites that allow Medication Assisted Treatments (MAT) for Subutex and Suboxone patients? The doctors always want us to go to meetings but when you actually try to go to meetings NA doesn't condone MAT's to be a part of their program. So there needs to be online meetings for people that require medication and are in recovery. N.A. actually discriminates against us that are using medication (subutex, suboxone, methadone) to treat our addictions and it's just sad. We are people too and we are trying to better our lives. If I knew how to start one with online chat rooms, online meetings, etc I would. We need somewhere where we can tell our story and get the help we need and deserve. I am in transition from methadone to suboxone today. I am waiting for the WD's so I can take my first suboxone strip. I want to wait as long as possible and take as little as necessary... Where can I get advice on the internet? chat rooms? I am very eager to stop all opiate related meds. If I wanted to stop very soon and quick what are my options? I have a new doctor for the suboxone but I don't feel like I can burden him with all the questions I have.
