However, it could just be your body reacting to the magnesium itself. While, over the long-term, magnesium can help resolve acne, suddenly starting it may cause brief unexpected break outs, just like when you start any other acne medication. You should also be aware that as reported by the U.S. FDA, it may cause diarrhea. That said, you should be aware that leg cramps are most often caused by being low in potassium, they are not caused as often by low levels of magnesium and calcium. I was given this instead of Esomeprazole Dr 40mg cap... My new med looks different than what I got last month... It's a white capsule with I and 82. Is it the same med? ## Yes, it is just another generic for it. It is manufactured by Aurobindo Pharma and they do list it as containing 40mgs of Omeprazole. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, flatulence, and stomach pain. someone was asking earlier today about how much mag to take and I cant find the thread. I use Nature Made Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc supplement with vitamin D. 2 tabs when needed, usually at night before bed. I also do an epsom salt bath every night with 1-2 cups epsom salt in the bath water, along with a sports alcohol. This is great! Sometimes when the restless legs are really bad I take several baths a night. I will never go without my magnesium!!!!!

This is a wonderful medication!! I also take several other meds, too many to list, 50 yrs smoking, began to worry about bad circulation--have type 2 diabetes. A friend gave me a month of chantix. The first week I broke them in half, then began the 2 a day!!
