What kind pill is this ## Hi Ariel, Are there any other numbers on the other side of the pill by chance? I only ask because there aren't any actual drug listings that match that particular imprint, without being followed by a three-digit number on the other side (usually starting with a "2xx"). The manufacturer who makes these types of pills with an "I G" imprint is Glenmark Generics Inc. Perhaps you can even try contacting them directly regarding your inquiry. I'm sure if it's one of their own, they will have an answer for you right away. You can reach Glenmark Generics at: 750 Corporate Drive Mahwah, NJ 07430 Customer Service Hours 8:00am – 5:00pm EST Phone : 201-684-8000 I hope this helps!

What is this pill? ## Hello, Silk! How are you? Can you please double check the imprint and post back? I've not been able to find a listing for anything with 8333 on it. Is it possibly A333 on a white, capsule shaped tablet? If so, it contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it's a generic for Percocet (NDC 0228-2983). This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ## Is it also possible that it could be a white tablet with a logo on it, followed by a score line, then the numbers 833? My friend was released from detox hospital. And stil has problems sleeping due to anxiety. Beth 602{edited for privacy} ## Hi bertha, Sorry to hear about what's going on with your friend's anxiety. The medication your inquiring about called Ativan (Lorazepam) is in fact used to relieve anxiety. It works by slowing activity in the brain to allow for relaxation. I don't know what types of reviews are out there for this medication, but I'd probably suggest playing it safe and going the natural route. Reason being is that this drug is addictive and based on your description, it sounds to me like your friend may still be recovering from addictive medications. Another trip to detox hospital doesn't seem like it would be in his or her best interest. Has your friend consider...
