I find after I take Bromfed DM I start coughing more. When I don't take any after 6pm I sleep fine with no coughing. I have not been taking the 5mg 4 times a day. ## Hello, Kathy! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having. That's unusual, since the Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant. However, since you're laying down, when it happens, it may be due to the Pseudoephedrine in it loosening the nasal congestion, which may be draining down your throat causing the coughing. Have you consulted your doctor? You may be able to change the time you take it, or just go to 3 times a day. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. ## Thank you so much for getting back to me. I took your advice and ...

I've been on Candesartan for two weeks, in addition to long standing BP prescriptions for Bendroflumethiazide and Amlodopine. Side effects since starting Candesartan include sore neck on left side, sore arms, headaches, stuffy, itchy, runny nose and tiredness. Does anyone else have these, and if so, did they get better? Thanks in advance! ## Hello, Wursty! How are you doing? Has there been any change? The FDA does list neck pain, arm pain, headache, rhinitis, cold symptoms, and fatigues as being possible side effects of Candesartan. Ref: Candesartan Information Side effects typically begin to taper off, and eventually go away entirely, once your body gets used to the medication, but that might take 5 to 6 weeks.
