Out of curiosity what is stronger Percocet 7.5 (325 mg) or Oxycodone 10 mg Immediate Release (IR)? I know the only difference between these two is one has Acetaminophen and one doesn’t. The 7.5 mg Perc didn’t say if it was IR or (Extended Release) ER. If needed more details I’ll explain replying to your post(s). Pills marked with an L, followed by a set of numbers are manufactured by LNK International, they only make over the counter items that are sold by various stores as their store brands or generics. They make anything from generic versions of Tyelnol, Advil, and Benadryl as well as many others. This one marked L 405 is sold under the name XS Pain Reliever Tablets, nothing more than a generic extra strength version of Tylenol, so it contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen. Most definitely NOT a Percocet.

This is in reference to Amneal Pharmaceutical's "7.5/325" Oxycodone, the label which also reads in part: "*7.5 mg oxycodone HCI, USP is equivalent to 6.7228 mg of oxycodone" without explaining what that means. CVS switched my brand last month and claim that all brands are the same strength. NOT SO, according to the level of pain and everyone who is in pain knows that pain does no lie. Hi, I was prescribed clindamycin 300mg for dental abscess and percocet 5-325mg tab, but I can't keep any food down.
