A light pink, oblong pill could describe over the counter Benadryl, which has no value whatsoever, except for the $3.50 you pay for a box of it. Most of the time people are expecting to buy to sell do they want to make money. You may think what you have is a $15 pill because it's 15mg but you will be lucky to only get $5 to $7 per pill.
