Is methadose the same as roxicodone? ## NO they are not the same, Methadose is a time release Methadone, and Roxicodone is a regular release version of Oxycodone, they are both narcotics, but two entirely different drugs. My son safely tapered off Abilify. His last dose was Saturday July 4th. Curious how long the drug remains in his system. I've recently started taking duavee. It has been one week. I'm noticing that I feel like I am suffering from a uti. Pain is not bad but I can feel the pressure and feels strange starting my urine stream. Is this the medicine? Should I see my doc immediately. I couldn't even drive for a while until I slowly got used to the feeling. ## Hi Streak, From what I understand, Lyrica (Pregabalin) does in fact potentiate opiates. To what degree I'm not actually certain, but I'd imagine that it varies for each individual based on one's tolerance and so forth. However, in order to avoid possible overdose related symptoms in combination therapy, I think patients should always try to refrain from taking more than prescribed and maybe consider alternative ways to effectively manage pain along side their current regimen.
