Stomach Pain Killer Salt

Telmisartan / Metoprolol Succinate

my blood pressure used to be 150/90 or 140/90. The doctor prescribed me Telmisartan BP 40mg & Metoprolol Succinate USP 25 mg about 3 months back. After 2 months BP came down to 120/80 but, now for the last one week I am facing severe gas problem in stomach & chest. On 17/05/2011 evening I had severe pain and consumed fruit salt (ENO), Pantoprazole+ Itopride& also (Colinol) a pain killer for stomach ache. But, they did not prove to be useful at all. Now since 20/05/2011 I am having chest & stomach pain due to gas every day although I am taking "Pantoprazole 40 mg & Domperidone IP 30 mg but, I am not getting any relief from pain. Please suggest me whether it is a side effect of Telmisartan or Metoprolol Succinate? ## In this case, it is more than likely being cause...
