I just started Ozempic today and forgot to count to 6 after injecting the needle before removing it. My mom is 62 year old, she takes diabities and blood pressure tablets every day. today morning she went for walk empty stomach without taking blood pressure medicine. when she came back, she complained about chest pain. we rushed to hospital and doctors did ecg, blood pressure was 90/160, and she was given ketrol and anxol injections. I have read all the side effects about Prolia before I agreed to take the shot. My doctor convinced me to do so. I had the injection on 6/8/2012. From what I've researched, Triaphin (Ceftriaxone) 250mg isn't a particularly well known antibiotic, possibly because it's often referred to as an injection, but the active ingredient is reportedly used for treating a variety of bacterial infections. If you do in fact have an infection present, I don't see why this antibiotic wouldn't help under your doctor's recommendation to take it. I am not going to have my next shot of Prolia due 11 June. I have already had two injections and lately have suffered horrible side effects such as terrible constipation, leg and foot cramps, skin rashes, stomach pain,etc. I also found out that Prolia works by stopping the body's own bone production, causing old bone to become denser. This results in probable fractures due to old brittle bones, Prolia also causes low calcium levels in the blood, a weird side effect seeing it is supposed?to strengthen boned! ## I am sorry for your pain and suffering, I am on the "high risk list" for fractures, so having a product that has rebuilt bone mass in MY body is a blessing. Was treated with Nubian for bowel obstruction several. Was very effective and caused no nausea, or other adverse side effects. Could have been by injection. Am presently having severe pain from abscess, need root canal. Cannot take codeine, Percocet Demerol ,torodol or any NSAIDS, due to abscess and perforation and removal of 1/2 of stomach.
