tiny pimples on the penis head..giving it a reddish look..little infflamation on the inside of foreskin. no kind of discharge no pains in the balls no pain urinating. all this right after unprotected sex ## Most STDs take time to grow in the body and produce symptoms, so if that's what it is, it is likely that you were infected awhile ago and not immediately. In the future, you should avoid unprotected sex, for both your safety,a s well as the safety of your sexual partner. Without viewing the problem and running tests, it is not easy to even guess what this may be. Whether it is or isn't an STD. Have you seen a doctor, yet? ## unprotected sex happened early october 2010. The foreskin is swollen n got some pimples and when i try to pull it back it hurts like as if dry skin gonna...

Sexually transmitted diseases (STD), also referred to as sexually transmitted infections (STI) and venereal diseases (VD), are illnesses that have a significant probability of transmission between humans by means of human sexual behavior, including vaginal intercourse, oral sex, and anal sex. While in the past, these illnesses have mostly been referred to as STDs or VD, in recent years the term sexually transmitted infections (STIs) has been preferred, as it has a broader range of meaning; a ...

This is a cream prescribed by a physician to my Mom, to be used for the rest of her life to her vaginal and rectal area...due to a skin condition that can lead to cancer...her story anyway...I am confused because to pustual break out she was having does not indicate a thinning of the skin in the elderly that could turn to cancer I worry because of her health risk but also to myself and family members that may need to be careful of using her toilet??? Am I reading more into this or is she in major denial? I worry about the risk of long term use of this medication. ## This medication is not supposed to be used beyond two weeks, as it is a steroid with serious side effects. does this pill have anything to do with treating stds my wifeis had the pill bottel hiden and my pienes is eaching alot ## WELL if your wife has a STD, the Dr. would spoke with you also, most of the time, they give antibotics thru injection at the Dr. office, an the Dr. in turn reports anyone with a STD to the county s health dept. now I don t know if they consider gential herpes as a STD since it is a very common occurance, the symtoms are very red raw looking in the glans area behind the head, a female will have small water filled blisters that break an itch like chicken pox, they say that 1 in 5 sexaully active people have gential herpes an don t even know it, the only other condition that could cause this condition would be scabies or the 7 yr itch, it caused by a mite, an coming in...

I'll start by saying that I'm a meth user. often on for over 40 years.. now when I go to the bathroom it burns like hell to urinate and I simply can't hold it in but its only this bad when I'm using meth and I don't have any discharge. when it hits me that I need to urinate it's a race to the bathroom, I cannot hold it in. please help ## Hi Ricky, From what I could gather, urinary problems, such as difficulty urinating, frequent urination, acute or chronic kidney failure may all result from methamphetamine use. The drug in and of itself has a notorious reputation for rapidly destroying one's system with short or long term use. My personal advice would be to take up a new "hobby" and consider safer legal alternatives like medical marijuana, or somethin...

I have chlamydia and i have an amox 500 gg 849 antibiotic pill. will that clear up my chlamdia? If so how many times a week should i take it? ## Hi Lisha, Based on my research, chlamydia can be treated with antibiotics, but if you become infected again, there's a chance a strain will develop that is not so manageable by antibiotics. I would look into using essential oils that have antibacterial properties, such as tea tree oil. Those will be much less harsh on your body. If you're interested, here's a link to an article that provides info on treating chlamydia in a more natural way: ezinearticles.com/?Alternative-and-Herbal-Medicines-for-Chlamydia-Treatment&id=964212 I hope this helps!

will it help with stds or yeast infections PENICILINA-V ## Penicillin is an antibiotic, so yes, it is sometimes used to treat some STDs. A yeast infection, however, is fungal in origin and Penicillin is not effective against it and it can actually cause them to occur. This medication may also cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. Learn more: Are there any other questions or comments?

the color of pill is red, shape is oval, what std is the pill cure for ## I'm sorry, but I can't tell you anything about it from just the shape and color, these don't really mean anything, nor do they denote what it contains. There are many medications on the market that meet this description. Are there any markings on the tablet? This is what would enable us to identify it and provide you with information on it. ## Zithromax

During my stay in a drug rehab facility, when I first arrived I was given a 3 day (I think) course of antibiotics for a presumed STD. At the time, before I checked in, I had unprotected sex with two people. I have a lot of shame in saying this but I need help. I was given a white, oval antibiotic once a day for a few days. I wish I could remember the exact number of days but I can't, unfortunately. The very polite nurse just told me 'it's nothing to worry about, just a bacteria we found in your urine test. This antibiotic will clear it all up.' Which I'm sure it did, I'm just extremely curious what STD/condition I had at the time. Please help! (I am 99% positive I had some sort of common STD). I'm just wondering what exactly it is I had. I wish I would have a...

Will taking these antibiotics get rid of stds like chlamydia? ## Sulfamethoxazole + Trimethoprim may do some good, but in general it is not specific for treating Chlamydial infections and I wouldn't recommend it as a first, second, or even third line option, compared to other prescription and natural choices out there. From what I could gather, Tetracycline, Doxycycline or Erythromycin are the usual antibiotics indicated for Chlamydia; Azithromycin or even Ofloxacin are also other options indicated for Chlamydia. Have you talked to your doctor about which medication would be best for "you"? ## Hey now..... I didn't say for me lol. That's about the same as I had gathered from reading online.

Can this drug be used to treat chlmeydia? I know an antibiotic is used to treat it but would like to know if this specific one will do the trick ## The first choices to treat Chlamydia are usually Azithromycin, or Doxycycline. Amoxicillin, without the Clavulanic Acid, is usually the last choice for pregnant women that can't use most of the other antibiotic choices. I have an std & i still have some Pliva 334 left from a track infection, i would like to know if i can use this to cure the std or if i have to buy more medicine. please help. ## The tablet marked Pliva 334 contains 500mgs of Metronidazole, which is an antibiotic, but it is generally only effective at treating certain infections. Thus, it will likely not help with an STD and, you may not have enough of it to actually fully treat the infection. You really should see a doctor to get a proper diagnosis and treatment. Are there any other questions? ## Pilva is normally given to treat mostly non sexually transmitted infections such as your uti and others caused by bacteria. Plz see a doctor to treat sti's if you think you may have contracted one. Plz avoid having oral (giving and rec...

my doctor prescribed ciprofloxcn 500mg, but idk if it is a bladder infection or std. would he have told me if it was an std? ## In theory, he should have, because when someone has an STD, they should be informed of such, so they know to avoid sexual contact with another person, to avoid infecting others. In addition, there is also the chance that their sex partner may also be infected and need to be treated. I found a pill it peach round has STD on one side 223 on the other side... please help ## Hi mel, Unfortunately I'm not finding any specific details on a pill with this marking (although some have come close). And I'm assuming that's because this pill is not from the US, where all prescriptions are listed within online databases so they can be identified by substance, dosage, and manufacturer. Do you happen to have any information at all on where you found it, what store it may have been bought from, or even any inklings you have from recent/past prescriptions? If so, that could potentially make for a good lead as to what type of drug it might be. I'll look forward to hearing back from you!
