i am taking starpress xl from 4 months, now reduce to 12.5mg. Strangely sometimes i am getting sweating and shivering in nights and also when i am anger...what was my problem?age 25 ## Starpress xl 12.5 Does it increase blood sugar? I take galvus 50,glynase 10 andlantus 20 Pl clarify..after taking starplus my pp sugar had gone up to 280 as against my normal 140 to 160

Can change from Sratpress XL 50 to Prolomet XL 50 may result in swetting vomiting dizziness headach etc? ## Hello, Neeru! How are you? They both contain the same active ingredient, which is Metoprolol, so you shouldn't experience any new side effects just switching from one to the other. However, it's difficult to say how any such change may affect any given person and those can be side effects, as reported by the FDA. You may also experience hair loss and increased urination. It would be best to have this checked out, to be safe. Is there anything else I can help with?

I had undergone angioplasty in 2009 and since then I am having Clopitab A 75 after lunch + Losar H in the morning and evening + Starpress XL 25 in the morning + Atorvastatin 5 mg at night. Is there any side effects since I have been taking them for almost 8 years? Pls advise.

I suffered a CVA .the doctors prescribed minipress xl 5 mg and cilacar 5mg both in the morning and evening.i am also taking clopilet 75 and rosuvas 20.i am having severe pain in my right leg and right knee joint.now my doctor has directed me take minipress only in the evening.is it okay to stop minipress in the morning abruptly. ## It is always best to follow your doctor's instructions. I had undergone angioplasty on last April and my doc adviced me to take tab. ecosprin 150, prax 10, atorva 20, starpress xl 25 and pan 40. Now I am suffering from articaria. Can it be the side effect of such medicine ? If so, what should be the alternate medecine ?

I used to take ecospirin 75 , storvas 10, starpress XL 25mg 1 tablet each per day for the last one year. Today my doctor changed the medicine and prescribe me to take ATORFIT CV 10mg & srarpress xl 25mg.
