I've been taking 55mgs of methadone for the past 7 months. Then it got to where i couldn't pay and had transportation problems. They financially detoxed me down 10 mgs a day from last Wednesday to Friday which left me on 25mgs. I couldn't get back to the clinic to finish my financial detox which would have only taken 2 more days. A friend gave me 20 mgs each day up until yesterday around 3:00 pm was my last dose. I'm feeling pretty bad right now. My plan is to start suboxone when all the methadone is out of my system. My question is how long do i have to wait to start my first dose of suboxone. I definitely don't want to take it too early and get thrown into bad withdraws. Help ## Hello my name is Robert, I was on the liquid for almost three years, and course I found...

Studying this subject. It is a poorly understood disease. The only real specialist in the USA is Dr. Robert Schwartzman. He is in Philadelphia and Dean of Neurology at Drexel University. ## I have no doubt that you are correct and I'm also sure that just like with Fibromyalgia, there are still doctors that do not believe it exists and that this results in some patients being misdiagnosed and their disease being poorly managed. Here's the link to a pretty comprehensive article on it, as well as source references with more information: Are there any other comments or questions? ## I was diagnosed with that complex regional pain syndrom after my accident. The ironic thing is I had heard someone talking about on TV a few years prior to my accident and I was like, just another way to...

I am struggling real bad with panic attacks...lots of doctors don't understand some people need benzos to live a productive life and i am 1 of them, so please help??? ## Hello, Robert! How are you? I'm sorry, but this website does not prescribe nor sell any medications or products, it is an information only website. You might be creating the problem yourself, if you're seeing doctors and asking for benzos. They have the tendency to be habit forming and are often abused, so most doctors will view that as being drug seeking behavior and just won't see you or will refuse to prescribe them. Normally, the doctor expects to make the diagnosis and suggest what you should try as a treatment, if one is appropriate. Additionally, benzodiazepines do not help with depression, since ...

I'm Chris Robert 55-years old, and 25-years ago I was a scaffold builder, I fell 80 feet off my scaffold that's the same as falling from a 6-story building.. Needless to say my injuries were plentiful, I've had surgeries on my back, femur bone, hip bone and also tore my scalp almost completely off from landing face first. After the fall I had 3-doctors treating me and a physiatrist and rehab.. I even tried going back to work in the office, but I just couldn't do it.. I've tried all kinds of pain meds. but the methadone worked the best after they took the 40mg off the market they were giving me the 10mg and oxycodone 30mg to help as a break through.. Now I just learned last month my wife of 32yrs. won't make it if she doesn't get a liver transplant fast,, I...

When I take a 20mg oxycodone it makes me throw up. So is there anyway I can do something to stop throwing up? ## Hello, Robert! How are you? I am very sorry about the problem you're experiencing. How are you taking it? Are you taking it on an empty stomach, or with food? Have you tried taking it with milk? The FDA warns that taking it on an empty stomach can increase your risk of experiencing nausea, and vomiting. This medication also carries the risk of being habit forming.

Recently my pharmacy changed my loratab from the white to the pink I don't think they have the same effect on my pain is it just me ## Hi, Robert! Please let me assure that it's not just you. There can be slight fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredients from one generic to another. While most people never notice a difference, if you're sensitive to such changes, or if you've been taking the same one for a long time, it may have a different effect on you. For some people it's too strong if it's higher, for others it may cause unusual side effects and for some like you, they just don't work as well, because they may be a little low. I found some pills with 123 on one side and PMS I 20 on the other. Could someone please help verify what these are ## Hi Robert, Based on my research, the pill you have is most likely manufactured by the Canadian pharmaceutical company "Pharmascience". I haven't found enough reliable information to accurately identify your pill but from what I can gather, it could possibly be Ritalin. Ritalin (methylphenidate) is a central nervous system stimulant and is used to treat attention deficit disorder (ADD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and narcolepsy (an uncontrollable desire to sleep). Here is a link to the Pharmascience's contact page if you'd like to ask them about the pill you have: pharmascience.com/canada/contact-us/ I hope this helps!

I've came across a blueish Oblong pill with imprint only on one side S4. Can someone please tell me what it could be? ## Hi Robert, Based on your description the closest match I'm finding is a 25mg Diphenhydramine hydrochloride tablet, that is a pink oblong/oval pill with S4 on one side and blank on the other. Apparently it is manufactured by Himprit Pharma Chem, out of india. I also came across a 10mg Simvastatin, red oblong/oval pill with S4 on one side and blank on the other. This one happens to be manufactured by Accord Healthcare. I realize that the color is off on the two pills I just mentioned, but still wanted to post their details in case you or any other readers desired to contact either of these manufacturers, in order to determine whether or not they make a blue vers...

I've been taking Eliquis for 6 months I have lost any energy I might have had I had a rash on both arms and my hair has just started falling out my doctor says I am on nothing that would cause this ## Hello, Robert! How are you? Actually, both the NIH and the FDA lists everything you've mentioned as being possible side effects of this medication. You may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and easy bruising. Sadly, doctor's don't always know all the possible side effects of most medications, because they do not study such information as much as a pharmacist, and some others in various medical fields. What type of doctor are you seeing? Is it a specialist, or just a regular PCP? ## I'm seeing a heart specialist because I had AFib I...

I took one 50 mg pill the first time. It did not work. I took two 50 mg pills the second time. It worked about 80%. Conclusion: pills contain 40% of claimed dosage. The right dosage for most men is 50 mg, so a claimed 100 mg, actual 40 mg, Fildena is the amount to take. If it's not enough, go to 150. ## Hello, Robert! How are you? I'd strongly advise against doubling or instructing anyone else to do so. Since Fildena is a foreign product, there is no way of knowing how potent they are all, since they are not strictly regulated. Some my be sub-potent, but some may contain more of the active ingredient than expected, which could be dangerous. Is there anything else I can help with?

Please help!! ## Im out of my pain med and don't know what to do because i'm in so much pain rights now i'm crys ## I'm sorry Robert. I'm out too. I had to go on suboxone so I don't have withdrawals. It doesn't help my pain. I had to go this way until I find a doctor that will help me ## Good luck. Take to your prescribing doctor to see if they can help. It’s your only chance. ## Why did you not set this up before hand? You should have had your doctor connect you with someone where you live.

Can Gelmicin be used for ringworm and if so is it effective? ## Hello, Robert! How are you? It does contain the antifungal Clotrimazole, so it may help, but you should only use it if a doctor has advised you to do so, because it also contains an antibiotic and a steroid, the latter of which may actually worsen some skin conditions. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including skin redness, irritation and dryness. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Appreciate your response my question. I will update you should I experience some side effects. Thanks again ## I have ringworm in my private place and it has been itching more and big black spots are forming. What are the side effects or problems when using alcohol and dairy products with Amox Tr-K Clv 500-125 mg tabs? ## Hi Robert, Based on my research, there are no drug interactions listed between amoxicillin clavulanate potassium and the use of alcohol or dairy products. So in that regard you should be fine taking the two together in moderation. However, it is equally important to know that these types of drugs can effect each person differently, whereas potential side effects may still arise just from using the medication in and of itself. If you don't know how your body reacts to the combination alcohol and antibiotics, it may be wise to lessen your consumption of it for the duration of your treatment. Sometimes the use of alcohol can increase the drowsiness that is often associated...

How are you? I'm very sorry that you're in pain. You may do well with the Zohydro, since Lortab worked well for you. It contains a time released formulation of Hydrocodone. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. You could ask your doctor about it and see what she thinks. Is there anything else I can help with?
