I found a pill with M on the top and a line, then a 10 on the bottom, and on the other side was a p. ## Found a white pill with 10 on bottom half and M on top. They are said to be produced by "Balco Pharm". This is the same company that was involved in all of the Major League Baseball scandals. I would just keep in mind that pill forms of steroids are heavily regarded as being toxic to the liver, so taking more than a few a week may cause damage. Found this cleaning my house I just rented and don't know what this is it is small white pill split down the middle on one side and the other side says 10 ## So far, I've found two different possibilities in the NIH database. If the numbers are more square, it could be a medication manufactured by Virtus Pharmaceuticals, which they list as containing 0.125mgs of Hyoscyamine, which is used to treat conditions such as IBS, Chron's disease, and other gastro-intestinal issues. If they are rounder, then it could be a tablet that is manufactured by Accord Healthcare, which they list as containing 10mgs of Glipizide, which is most commonly used to treat diabetes. This is Methadone (they call these particular ones Coffins). It is coffin shaped with an M in a square on one side and the other side is scored with 5771. Methadone is generally prescribed for opioid withdrawal symptoms, but this particular coffin Methadone pill is actually prescribed for pain management.
