It is an Antimuscarinic and Antispasmodic medication that is sometimes prescribed for Irritable bowel syndrome. From what I can gather, it is not available in the U.S. so I recommend asking a Physician about other Antimuscarinic/Antispasmodic medications that are available in the U.S. You may also want to research essential oils with antispasmodic properties, since essential oils are more readily available worldwide.
