I'm a 36 year old , Landscaper by profession , so most jobs are self employee - 1099 income. Yes I have children , but my oldest child has turned 18 , and my youngest resides with their mother. the only reason I mention thus is because I see alot of poeple who are in insurance programs such as medicaid /medicare that covers suboxone/mmethadone treatment. Please help ## Hi, You can go to the suboxone site and put in your zip code and find sub drs. in your area. You can also just google "soboxone doctors in south carolina". Theres a health law called "the 3 day rule" that lets a dr. give you suboxone for 3 days but it must be administered by doctor which means that there must be a pharmacy on site. A doctor in the emergency room at the hospital could do this if they know about this rule. I,m guessing the average doctor probably doesn't. If anybody can help me please. I just moved to SC from CT. I've been on Suboxone 24 mg for a year now. I'm going to be out in a few days and I'm a weak, weak person when it comes to wd's. I have called everywhere, I've been on every site imaginable to find a suboxone doctor and I have no insurance yet and most docs here want $200 or more plus the cost of suboxone. It seems that most docs here only care about the $$$$ and not the recovering addict. I have a 15 month old daughter to take care of and doing that and withdrawing for 2 weeks is impossible. Im looking for a doctor in his own private practice who can provide me methadone monthly in south carolina near myrtle beach, pawleys, georgetown, charleston. I was once on pain meds and have wanted to get off for 2 years now and have been buying methadone through other means for 2 years now and want to do it the legal way, I just can't afford it. ## The issue here is that Methadone itself is very highly addictive and, with the recent government crackdowns, it has made it very hard for doctors to prescribe it on a take home basis. Hello, I have recently lost my dr. He prescribed me subutext. Not only did my pharmacy give me the generic brand (witch has exposed my pain in my ankle) but I can NOT find a doctor who is licensed to prescribe subutext. I can not take suboxone due to the fact it makes me very sick. I'm self employed and I will not go to the methadone clinic!!! With the reclassification of tramadol to schedule IV, I can no longer get it like I was. It is the ONLY medication that allows me to function at all. I live in a Smaller town in South Carolina than you can imagine! No one here gets around too well if you don't have a vehicle, and I'm one. How can someone like me get Suboxone filled online while using SC Blue Medicaid? Any suggestions are welcome! ## I would suggest calling the Medicaid number, and asking if they have a mail order service that you can use, you may also want to check with local pharmacies and ask if they have delivery services. My husband and I recently moved here to South Carolina we have been trying to locate a good doctor to continue his roxy 30s and opana 15s. He has severe hip and leg pain due to a car accident in 2006 one in which left him in a coma for 7 days. He sustained major includes including a broken jaw which resulted in a 2in plate in his jaw as well as a 3in plate in his cheek bone. He also had a laceration to his spleen and liver, a broken leg and hip. Was with a pain center in South Carolina for three years, but they through me out because I was taking a cough medicine given to me by my regular doctor. They said it was in my urine and they did not prescribe it. They put me on Methadone 10 mg four times a day, Oxycodone 7.5 mg three times a day, and a lot of other drugs for the last three years. I was in a car accident ten years ago, and was pretty messed up from it. What can I do about the pain center? My reg doc told them she prescribed it to me for three months, and they said they did not care. ## If you had a treatment agreement contract with them that stated you couldn't take narcotics from other doctors, without their approval, or that you couldn't take them at all, then you breached that contract. I suffer chronic pain from being stabbed in the stomach from a domestic violence attack many years ago. My spleen, gall bladder, and appendix all had to be removed. My small intestines were completely severed, so a good bit of my intestines had to be removed while a temporary colostomy bag was attached to my stomach.
