Sometimes I have stomach pain, panic attack on upper stomach. At night feeling uneasy and very tired and sometimes sufferring to breath. doctor said high acidity and given Sompraz D 40 before food once a day. I feel little better but not OK. I have stomach pain, like feeling hungry and panic attacks. Sometimes it's also hard to breath. My doctor said it's a result of high acidity and prescribed Sompraz 40 twice along with somafresh twice and Motinorm 3 times a day. I feel a little better but not OK. I have finished taking these tablets 2 months ago and my doctor advised me to continue. Please advise if there is any side effect? I want to know whether sompraz 40 and nexpro 40 are same medicine with different nomenclature. One of my family member was advised to take sompraz 40 along with other medicines. However, after biopsy report, the doctor has advised nexpro 40 in place of sompraz 40. Since the new advice was received by post, it is not possible to contact the consulting doctor. I just want to know how to take Sompraz? There are 3 tablets for the morning & 3 tablets for the evening in one kit. Doctors have prescribed the same kit to me for 14 days. My endoscopy was done 1 week ago. And ulcers and H. Pyroli was found. Among other things sompraz 40mg was prescribed for 1 month. 1 before breakfast, and 1 before dinner everyday for one month. How many minutes or hours before food should i take this tablet? Should i take it 5 minutes before food, or 30 minutes before food or ? Feel very weak in the evening find difficult to walk and have breathing problem after taking ecosprin150 at 1 pm I am also taking Sompraz 40 one 7 AM and 7 PM o clock for last one year. Sompraz hp, I started that medicine after I have completed my two weeks sompraz 40 as per my Doctor's advise.It was all going good, my stomach problems are already gone. but my doc said that I suppose to take Sompraz hp, But I TOOK THAT TABLETS AT MORNING AND EVENING, AND THEIRS A LOT OF PROBLEMS WERE STARTED, HEADACHE,BITTERNESS IN ALL THROUGH T AND MOUTH, COUGH,AND 2ND DAY I HAD PAIN IN MY LEFT SIDE STOMACH, VOMITED ,so after that I stop taking that medicine. but still having that pain not as much as before and all other problems are gone after I stopped my medicine. but I still had my left side solder, stomach pain.
