Is it ok to take somprass 40 mg every week once ## Sompraz contains the active ingredient Esomeprazole, it is a proton pump inhibitor that's used to help reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach to treat or prevent conditions such as heartburn, ulcers, GERD and gastritis. However, it is normally taken daily for a period of time to treat these conditions, I'm not sure that taking it once a week is really going to do much, since that means that there is only one day that it will have an effect on anything.
