Soma Percocet Xanax Withdraw And Info On Tapering Off

Thank you in advance - I am on 3 Percocet / 2 soma / 2 Xanax I am 1 week into my prescription. i stopped taking hysingla 2 months ago it did not agree with me and felt sick no desire to eat lost weight and was still in pain .i am so tired of pain pills could someone please advise me the proper way to get off without terrible withdraws? I have about 40 pills left of Percocet soma & Xanax those do take pain away but really I feel like it's been too long to be on Meds,or at least cut back.im a 54 yr old grandma wife of 35 yrs 3 kids and really want to make a change/ like maybe some exercise yoga or walks.i have 4 bulging disk fibro a cage in my neck .
