I need to know if ciclobenzaprina is a muscle relaxer similar to Soma, and does it contain naproxin ## I HAVE AN EAR INFECTION AND AM USING SOFRACORT DROPS BUT HAVE PAIN IN THE MUSCLES OF MY NECK. It is a milder muscle relaxer that is usually administered for long term pain relief. You may not notice the difference the first time you take it but after about a week you'll notice your pain getting better and no it does not contain naproxen(naprosen).
