To all of u jacka***s out there bragging about abusing your med's out in the open, you're all sick in the head. That's why the drug companies are changing these meds to NON CRUSH meds, and I know for a fact they are not as effective. How do I get high off of the new opana 20 er pills ? I know they gel up when u try to eat it .people say u can iv it and u can snort it but what is the fastest and easiest way to get high off these pills??? ## Although I'm not one to support this type of behavior, there are actually a lot of threads here in the forums that explain how to abuse this medication in pretty much every way you can think of (injections, snorting, microwaving, rectal/anally, etc). I've been snorting 20mg Opana for 3 months now and It really works for my pain that way. 11 years of pain from L5-S1 post op failure. I feel like a drug addict sometimes but I can rationalize most anything to releive my pain. The pills are green octagons with a 20 on one side. I use a razor from a utility knife to carefully remove the coating 'cause ya can't snort up that. I like to save the shavin's in a little pill jar and I can usually get a nice little pile of powder if I sift them through a tea strainer. then I eat the shavings. I break the shaved pill in half and slowly press one of the halves with a bic lighter untill its all nice and powdery chop it up with the razor .......it works a lot better if you sniff it up an hour after a good fatty meal... ## I can only ...

I have been snorting 20s, 30s & 40s on a daily basis for 2 months now. Usually just one whole pill of one of these three diff mgs seperated throughout the day for sever lower back pain. I am finally being referred to a pain clinic but just need to make sure this will be out of my system before they admit me & take a urine speciman.. I cannot afford not to be treated bc I am miserable! I got 10mg ops today (oxycotin) n they arnt helping at all ughh but I will just have to suck it up with them until I get my appt with the pain clinic here in the next few days. Ive moved into rockland county ny. Im lookin for a new pm doc. Im perscribed 40mg opana twice daily and 30mg oxycodone twice daily. Id even consider paying the doctor out of my pocket. I need help. How much should it the co pay for a 15Mg opana be? ## Prices definitely vary from place to place; I've searched around the internet and have seen it range from $1.50 to $2.00 per "mg" - making it a high price to pay. Other references note that you can get them for around $35 per 40mg pill (or cheaper if bought in bulk). This can of course vary and is only intended to be an estimate. I used to take 20's when i first got them, but then i had a massive G.I Bleed out, woke up one morning throwing up blood and wouldnt stop, They had to give me 12 units of blood, frozen platlets, and emergency surgery. then after they sewed up 5 places on my stomach the bleeding still would not stop. Then they flew me to another hospital where i went into a coma for 1 month. Its almost been a year and i still cannot walk and have massive nerve damage in my legs from severe infection and massive blood loss... Not trying to knock it because i loved it. but I love my life as well. But now i get 90 Opana ER 20's with 180 Roxi 30's every 3-4 hours for break through pain. and with the new round Opana 20's i dont think you can snort those anyway. ## I am sorry about your health ...

Can anyone please tell me what exactly are the dangers of snorting Opana besides the obvious possibility of overdose and respiratory problems. What are the short term risks as well as the long term risks. Thank you. ## That does sum up the risks pretty well, but it may get a little more complicated than just a basic respiratory problem, since tablets also contain fillers. Some of those filler products aren't meant to be broken down by the human body, they are normally just expelled as waste. Snorting them could add the issue of creating sinus blockages, but the real dangerous part would be the blockages in can create in your lungs. So, I take Opana, 4/40mg/a day. Prob is i did Heroin, the night bf n early that morning. I hadn't done H 3days bf then, but was snorting my Opana, as well (not that morning, but day bf). I also take 10/325 Norcos. 3/day at most. but hadn't been taking Them for about 1.5-2wks. My doc sends his urine to AIT Labs. On the cup it showed: Opiates, Oxy, PPX, Marijjana, amphetamines, cocaine, benzo's, barbituates, PCP, I think alcohol n possibly codeine and/or morphine (pretty sure), as well.
