My grandmother has a vial with small, yellow pills marked with an L1 on one side, blank on the other side. My serious concern is that the vial is for a different medicine (per description on label.) What medicine is this small, yellow, round pill marked L1? ## From what I can discover, these contain 20mgs of Famotidine, the active ingredient in Pepcid, this is the over the counter dosage, commonly sold in many stores. They are used to treat heartburn and GERD. I understand your concern, but did you just try asking her what they were?

It's a small white round pill with a love / heart imprint. I just want to know what it is? ## It's an aspirin. It is a small white round tablet with a heart on 1 side n blank on the other. ## Hello Shar, I wasn't able to find a white pill with a heart imprint but I believe that MellyMel is on the right track with Aspirin. Aspirin pills do sometimes come in yellow round pills with a raised heart imprint. If you are 100% certain that the pill is white and not yellow can you provide a bit more detail on the heart imprint, is it raised or is it depressed into the pill? ## It’s Astrid Asprin 100mg. Small white tablet with a heart on one side. Thins your blood. ## I'm you 6 years ago ## Pink heart is pressed into it.

I know its a muscle relaxer, But is it safe??? ## Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride (10 mg) is the pill you described. Cyclobenzaprine works in the central nervous system by altering the signals from the brain that cause muscles to tighten. Cylobenzaprine overdose can be life-threatening due to intractable seizures and/or heart arrythmias. However, depending on the amount taken and on the many different factors unique to each individual, harmful overdose effects can occur. To view more information and a list of side effects associated with Cylobenzaprine, please visit the link below... Please post back if you have any more questions or concerns and I will be happy to help you.
