Yellow round pill ## med size round light yellow pill with W89 on one side and Wilshire on the other side ## From what I have been able to gather this appears to be a product manufactured by Wilshire Labs (Pvt) Limited in Pakistan. I am not 100% sure what the active ingredients are, but there is a good chance that they contain Acetaminophen 500 mg + Codeine 30 mg (generic for Tylenol No 3). Hope this helps! Can anyone else confirm this?

I found two small off white or pale yellow pills. They are round with beveled edges and scored in half on one side. The other side is imprinted with a hexagon but, it's empty. There are no other markings at all. ## The Hexagon imprint is usually used on Yaz birth control tablets, which would explain why they are small. They usually have the letters DS in the hexagon, though. It is possible, however, that this could be a generic or from a foreign source. Was it found in the U.S.? ## Yeah, I live in Florida and haven't gone outside of my city lately... And I am certain that save secret espionage, none of my friends or family have been outside of 50 miles recently. Thanks for the info though you're probably right. ## LOL! Thick round, light yellow pill. Only marks are: P73 ## From what I've sen from other replies about this same pill is that this is a low dose (81 mg) aspirin. ## Small white pill with P73 printed on one side. ## I have read that this is a low dose asprin but there is an odor to the bottle I found and it has no label on it. it smells like vinegar. ## CVS Pharmacy does list this tablet as containing 81mgs of Aspirin, which is the dosage many people use for heart health, and blood thinning. NDC code: 50428-2302 The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation. Curious, many medications can have an odd odor, that is not unusual. Was the bottle marked as containing Aspirin, or something else?
