Small Yellow Pill With Big M On One Side

A 26 year old male, previous drug abuser (don't know what drugs) was admitted to a psychiatric unit for over a month, tried to commit suicide, jumped off a bridge, but survived, is now into going to the gym big time and protein drinks. He has an obnoxious attitude, dirty bedroom, keeps himself clean, very bolshie and verbal if confronted by his elderly parents. He panicked at the potential loss of 41 pale yellow tablets (with 5 on one side and nothing on the other) when I cleaned his room. The tablets were in a plastic sandwich bag which he claimed were his quetiapine prescribed meds, but I don't think so. Can anyone help identify them? ## These are 5mg generic valium tablets. The description basically said it all. If I knew how to submit a photo I would. I just want to know what this pill is, but can't find it online yet. It's something i found in my boyfriends stuff inside of a big zip lock bag. I know he has a few prescriptions but generally they remain in the bottle they come in. I usually check the NIH or FDA since they catalog all approved drugs in the USA, but nothing matching your description is coming up. To me that means that it is most likely an over the counter medicine but it can also be a foreign drug. About how big is it? Like a dime, a penny, a nickel? The # 10 on it leads me to believe that it MAY be 10 mg of something. And is it like a deep yellow or really faint color? ## It's winstrol (stanazolol). It's a steroid. 10 mg.

I have a round, yellow pill that has NO imprints on it other than the score to break in half. It's a brighter yellow color. What is this pill, i found it on my floor of my appt. Its really big yellow oblong and says A707 on one side and nothin on the other. ## Hello, The closest match I can find is Rynatan (Chlorpheniramine/Phenylephrine) 9 mg / 25 mg; which is used in the treatment of hay fever; cold symptoms and belongs to the drug class upper respiratory combinations. this is for relief of inflamation, and i have never had any side affects exsept maybe a little tierd at first. now i am having alot of problems with rashs, hives,big balls of bumps,terrible joint pain,swollen feet,knees, and hands,very red and sore, and my feet are pealing all over. first had chest pain,with vomiting, with blood and black stool. comes on every week for about three days, and silly me i didnt read the paper work and want to make sure its not from taking that pill.at first i thought i got bit by a spider, but dont think that would last six weeks. i dont have insurence at this time or i would go to doctor.sorry to offer so much information, i just want to rule this med out. it came in boxs, and i cant recall the name after putting in a bottle. its guaifenesin and phenylephrine Guaifenesin is an expectorant. It helps loosen congestion in your chest and throat, making it easier to cough out through your mouth. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that shrinks... no reason to be alarmed! ## I actually tried to look this particular pill up online, but couldn't find anything posted about it anywhere. So thanks for taking a moment to share your finding on that. It's definitely a big help when there's no other way to identify something like that. If anyone else ever comes across a similar pill, I did find that most round tablets starting with a "44 xxx" number sequence are generally common over-the-counter drugs here in the US. Would you also happen to know who manufactures this pill?
