white pill, small as a roxy 15 or 30 but its twice as thick and is very slightly raised on the sides. Has a line across the middle on one side and nothing else on it. Is this a steroid? ## Hello, Randal! How are you? If there are no markings, it's rather difficult to be certain of what it contains. We know it's not a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification, but it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products or a medication obtained from a foreign source. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone recognize this? ## I have the same issue here with a pill, have you found out what it may be? ## I have a white pill its supposed to be a oxycodone 30 mg but it i...

I have a small white pill with 10 on one side and a line possibility for cutting in half on the other side. No other markings. Looks like an Oxycodone 10 mg. Will you help me find out the name of this pill? Thank you ## @Justin430, I located two different pills that fit this same description of [white round, 10 on one side, scored on the back]: 1. Glipizide (10mg) - made by Accord Healthcare - used for type-2 diabetes 2. Hyoscyamine Sulfate (0.125mg) - made by Virtus Pharmaceuticals - used for GI disorders (such as irritable bowel syndrome) Hopefully one of these tablet's name or indications will help shed some light on the what it might be. Whereabouts did you get it from? ## White round pill 10 on 1 side deep score on the other side ?

My friend says its amoxicillian..i will not take anything with no imprint until im sure what it is. ## Hello, Mary! How are you? That's a very wise stance to have. And no, if there are no markings on it, then it is not Amoxicillin. All prescription tablets that are approved and available in the U.S. have markings on them to enable their identification. If it has no markings, it is most likely just some type of over the counter product and being round and white, that leaves it open to many possibilities. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else have any ideas what this might be? ## I know people who take small, white pills with a line down the middle. She says it's oxycodone, & I believe it. Her eyes are always contracted. Be safe.

The side that doesn't have 40 on it has a line down the middle but i can't read what it has going around the pill ## The closest match I could find shows that the pill is identified as Furosemide (40 mg). However the markings you are unable to read can significantly change what this pill could be. On this specific pill I located, the number 40 is on one side; and on the other side there is a score line across the middle, with the words 'Mylan' on the top half of the line and the numbers '216' on the bottom half. Does this sound or look familiar based on what you can see? Until we can figure out what the other side says, it is going to be difficult to determine what this tablet contains, unless you would pay to have it lab tested, somewhere... ## Its a _____ and I...

Need help, I found a small round white pill in my sons room one side says 20 the other side not sure its soft but can not make out any number or letter.there are no lines just a solid white pill. Please help Thank you. ## Hello, Jean! How are you? It's soft? Or was that a typo? I am not completely certain, but I think this might be a 20mg Escitalopram tablet that's manufactured by Accord Healthcare. The FDA classifies this medication as being an SSRI antidepressant and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings, weight changes and dry mouth.

i had some melatonin pills in a bottle someone gave me. they're white, round, and blank. but also in the bottle were smaller thick white and off white colored pills with one side blank and the other just has a line across the center of it. no clue what the pill is. my friend said she doesnt know either. very strange! anybody have any ideas?? ## Hello, Since the pills you have don't have any markings, it most likely is an OTC or foreign medication. U.S. law requires that all prescription drugs have unique letters or numbers (sometimes in addition to a logo of some kind) imprinted on the tablets or capsules so the medication can be identified by manufacturer, substance and dosage. It could also be a different form of melatonin from a different manufacturer. I've seen melatonin...

Bitter taste round thin kinda med size no markings no lines nothing ## Hello, Kia! How are you? If there are no markings, we can rule it out as being a prescription medication, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. Unfortunately, that leaves it open to many possible over the counter products. I'll do some searching and post back, when I have some information for you. Does anyone else have an idea of what this might contain? ## Well best way to find out is chew it up and sit back to experience the outcome. We will see how it makes me feel. Let you know tomorrow, if I'm still here among y'all living. ## I received blister packs but they're 2mg Rivotril Martin Dow pills that have no markings and are white and not flat on either side....

was told it is 1 mg lorazepam but cant find anyy information online supporting this.... can someone please help? ## If there are no markings, we can completely rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured prescription medication. They are all required to have markings to enable their identification. With no markings and based on your description, the greatest likelihood is that it is an over the counter product, however, there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Where was it found/obtained? ## I can confirm that a pill meeting this description is available in Australia, with the contents described. ## I'm trying to identify a small round white pill with no markings and scored on one side with one line. The front and back are concave.

Hi. I have a couple of these round white tablets with a score line & no other marking on them. I was told they were xanax but im unsure; im in the united kingdom and without the markings they look like temazepam in size & color. Could you pls help me? ## In the words of the producers of hong kong fuey....."could be"....You'd have to be a child of the 70's to understand that cultural reference. The most mild mannered janitor ever was a super spy. So you have a couple of white tablets with nothing but a score and say nothing about their packaging. I'd suggest you steer well clear if you haven't got a clue what they are.....and you only have 2 tablets. I'm going with paracetamol.

unfamiliar.. looks like an aspirin but has a capital letter "N" over top of the number 25. No additional markings on the flip side.. just a criss cross imprint. ## It sounds like one of the pain meds that I currently take. Its a form of oxicodone. You may want to check in a current PDR. If you don't have one try and go on line and see if you can find an online version. The PDR stands for Physicians Desk Reference. It has pictures and information about that drug. Good Luck Bobby ## From what I could gather, This white round pill marked "N" over "25" on one side, contains a combination of 25mg Ephedrine + 200mg Guaifenesin made by PDK Labs. The brand name is said to be "Two-Way MaxBrand", and these are confirmed to have the cross scores on the back. Thi...

white round pill with split on one side and nothing on the other. smaller than a dime. about 1 centimeter thick. ## It is difficult to determine what exactly your pill is without any imprints or markings. Is there any other information you can give me so I can locate the correct pill. Please post back so I can better assist you. ## Theres nothing else on them. They were in a hydrocodone bottle but I don't think that's what they are. I was thinking they might be aspirin or something. ## In order for me to locate a pill match I would need imprints or markings. I believe if you were to phone your local pharmacy and ask them if they have a drug identifier they might be able to help you with identifying this pill. It might cost a bit because they would probably have to send it to a l...

I've known someone who's been getting these for years & have friends from India, they are 80mg oxycodone. However if you've been taking US 30's its just not 'up to par' because of the different chemicals but there is 80mg......what doesn't make sense is India's 30mg are twice as strong as they are in the US....Plus there are a ton of bootlegs out there so ya have to know who your filling your prescriptions from over there. ## The 80mg have the line across one side of them with no markings on the other. I know what they are as I've been taking them for about 6 months now. ## It's true they are oxy 80s from overseas. White pill with a smooth side and a chalk like side with a line down it. We call them flat liners. They are very strong pain pills...

round white pill same size as soma but no markings ## It's a very small all white pill with no markings or lines. ## Could be for almost anything over the counter. Could be a Vitamin C or any supplement ## Hello Comments, In the United States the FDA requires that medication be identifiable by its appearance (color, imprint, size, shape etc.). This means the pill you found can be a number of things ranging from a vitamin/supplement to a foreign drug that is not regulated by the FDA. If the pill turned out to be a vitamin or supplement it would be a daunting task to identify the pill with the limited information you have due to the sheer number of brands and types available in the United States. If you are concerned about the contents of the pill I would suggest you contact your loca...

Can't identify small, tiny round white pill scored one side, blank flip side scoring is L 72. What else an I tell you. That's all I know. If I knew more, wouldn't need to ask you. ## Hi Elizabeth, Is there any chance that your pill imprint might say "I 72" as opposed to "L 72"? I actually came across a description of a round gray pill (approx. 8mm in size), with an upper case "I" next to "72" on one side and blank on the other. Unfortunately I'm not sure it has a score line… however, the pill is said to be identified as a 75mg Minocycline HCL tablet; which is used to treat various types of bacterial infections (including some skin conditions). If you want to look up any of those details for verification, the manufacturer is Dr. Reddy...

I found a small round white pill in my sons room. There is a line down the middle of one side and no visible numbers or letters because it looks as if any identifiers have rubbed off. ## I'm sorry, but without knowing the markings, it is most likely going to be difficult to identify. Have you tried asking your son about it? Does anyone else have any ideas? I'll do some more searching and post back when I have some information for you. ## I believe it's oxicodone (Percocet) 15 or 30 mg... they've been going around towns!

I was given 10 white round pills with a cross on one side and blank on the other side. I was told it was subutex or suboxone. Please help. ## Hello, Big Buddy! How are you? No, I didn't find a Subutex, Suboxone, or one of the generics listed that meets this description. They all have actual markings on them, other than just score lines, even the sublingual ones. This medication carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. With no markings, they are most likely just an over the counter product, but there is also a chance that they could be a foreign medication. mylan ## Are you saying there are no markings on the tablet? If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to narrow down what this is, or even if it is made by Mylan. That company makes both prescription and over the counter items, however, all their prescription products have unique markings on the tablets to enable their identification. Thus, I am forced to conclude that it is probably an OTC item and there are many such products that meet this description. Does anyone else have any ideas or suggestions? ## very small white round pill line through the middle blank on the other side ## I have a white round pill blank on one side and a line on the other it's not small and I was told it is percocet doesn't taste like it ## I unfortunately can not ID it for you. Apart from the title description, they are slightly larger than your average pill I would say. They are obviously foreign, based on the fact that there is no sort of number or imprint on them. On the bottle I was given them in, the ID# is 200658, but I'm not able to find anything with the searches I've done. Anyone have any idea on the dosage of them? ## I can't find anything listed under that number, either, which is understandable, because most of those are internal control numbers that are unique to the pharmacy, doctor or whatever they were dispensed from. Without any markings or an NDC number, I am afraid it is going to be very difficult to discover their dosage. They have, however, been asked about before and that person also identified them as Percocet, they just coul...
