i found this pill on my brothers floor while babysitting and im nervouse because the kids are 4 and 6 and they handed me this one but still myself ,i dont know if there were more. they know better, im just terrified because my brother is away and i need to know what medication this is. ## This tablet contains 25mgs of Topiramate, an anticonvulsant that is also commonly used to treat migraines. The tablet with the IG 278 marking is manufactured by InvaGen Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 25mgs of Topiramate. The FDA classifies this as an antiseizure medication that is used to treat epilepsy. Typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, mood swings, dry mouth and weight gain.
