I found theses in my 19 year old's pants pocket ## If there are no markings, it may be difficult to determine what this tablet contains. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription tablet, because they are all required to have unique imprints to enable their identification, however, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items. There is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Did you try asking your son about it? ## I am almost positive that it is a 2mg clonazepam/klonopin. I have a blister pack of what is labeled Diazepam Tablets I.P. 10mg. The pill is a little larger than a birth control pill but smaller than a baby aspirin. I've ruled out it being an Rx because of the lack of markings. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Can any of you find out what it is? I'll attach a picture if someone can tell me how. ## Over the counter products can be difficult to narrow down, since there's no database on them. found it in my teenage sons pocket in a brown glass bottle ,the pill is 3mm in diam and 2mm thick ,the bottle is 1inch long, what could it be? ## What markings (most pills have numbers and or letters on both sides) are on it and is it scored(does it have a line down the middle?) Hello, I am usually very good at knowing different pills but I have looked this pill up on every pill identifier, also all of my pharmacy tech books and cannot identify it. IT is a large round white pill that is scored only on the top, and has the marks M 12. Can anyone help me. I randomly found it in my cup holder in my car, and I have no idea how it got there. I found some small white round thick pills in my nephew’s room. There are no markings, just blank on one side with a scored edge, and the other side has a single score line on it. It is 3/16 inch in diameter, and about 1/8 inch in height. There were in a bogus pharmacy bottle labeled Lorazepam 2 Mg. Can anyone help my identify what this pill may really be. Has "PE" imprinted on one side with circles around it, double scored on the other side. Any ideas? What is this pill? I found it in my son's room. It's white, round and small. One side has the markings APO TI-4 and the other side has no markings. It is also scored on one side. ## Apotex lists this tablet as containing 4mgs of Tizanidine, which is most commonly used as a muscle relaxant. The FDA lists the side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth! Is there anything else I can help with?
