I found a large white pill in my house with the letter “R” on one side & “X” on the other. Having trouble identifying it. Please help. I found a small white round pill that is marked with just a 5 on one side and blank, but deeply scored on the other side. ## Hi Bruce, Generic Percocet made by Mallinckrodt, containing 5mgs of oxycodone + 325mgs of acetaminophen is really the only thing that comes remotely close to your description upon doing a google search. This particular tablet is marked with "512" on one side and is scored on the other. For added verification, it is also reported to be approximately 12.00 mm in diameter. Maybe that could help determine if there are other similarities as well. Any chance there could've been more numbers that were potentially faded/smudged off your pill? I have found a bottle with no markings on the bottle but the pill is a small white pill with a scored X completely across on side and smooth on the other side any ideas? ## Maybe an illicit drug such as ex? White round pill one side T-M other side SCORE LINE , WHAT IS THIS????? ## Hi Saku, I don't know if this is your pill, but from what I could gather, a company by the name of T&M Distributors reportedly makes a white round 30mg Pseudoephedrine HCL tablet with the letters T & M on one side and cross scored on the other. It also carries a National Drug Code of 99999000256. The imprint seems so similar to your description that I wonder if it would be a good idea to contact T&M Distributors directly in order to find out if they played any role in making your tablet as well. Trying to find out the name of a small white round pill with the letters APO on top and TI-4 on the bottom. This pill was in the bottle of subutex I filled this month not sure if they ran out of the other brand I almost didn't notice but it is a big round white pill that is scored like a cross on one side so it can be quartered and says M18 on other side. I have seen similar Clonazepam with Roche 2 on the back, but not Rivotril 2 on back. Is this a generic, fake or real? ## This is listed as being a foreign brand of Clonazepam, it contains 2mgs.
