have a very small white round pill with a cursive v on one side other side is scored with numbers on each side of the score/line the numbers on the right look like 50 or 58 the numbers on left are to worn found under my moms bed who died of colon cancer and was on a lot of meds cancer meds as well as pain meds can anyone tell what this is ## Is it possible that this pill is oval in shape as opposed to round? It also carries a National Drug Code of 99999000256. The imprint seems so similar to your description that I wonder if it would be a good idea to contact T&M Distributors directly in order to find out if they played any role in making your tablet as well. However from what I could gather, there's usually four digits and not two (at least based on the vast majority of other pills this company produced). So I would probably encourage you to contact the manufacturer directly to see if it's something they make. The only issue I see now in so far as getting in touch with Vintage Pharmaceuticals is that they were taken over by Qualitest. And then Qualitest was taken over by Endo Pharmaceuticals...
