white pill ## This pill is a 325 mg aspirin tablet. It is CVS Pharmacy brand, is uncoated, and is caffeine and sodium free. The only other ingredient in them is starch, which holds the pill together, as aspirin is very powdery. It's a value product, but while cheap, it is also effective. I bought a bottle of 1000 of these pills for 10 dollars. When I get a headache I take four of them, two 500 mg acetaminophen pills, and a 200 mg caffeine pill (caffeine speeds up the effectiveness of these drugs). If you've only got one of these, take it for a headache. If you've got ten bucks, go get another thousand. ## round white pill with large numbers 249 ## @derf yeltneb, Based on my research, the pill you have could possibly be the 325 mg Acetaminophen mentioned above, or Escitalopra... ...

How long past the expression date are the pills still good to take? ## The pill in description contains a combination of Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Butalbital (50 mg) + Caffeine (40 mg); manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals Inc. From what I've read (according to a Harvard Medical School family health article), there is little chance of danger due to taking medications even up to 15 years beyond their expiration date. This conclusion was based upon a study conducted at the request of the US military due to stockpiles of expensive drugs they could otherwise need to replace every few years. The conclusion was that 90% of those drugs remained effective 10 to 15 years after the expiration date. I don't know whether or not the drug you have happens to be one of these drugs from the... ...

Have a great day God bless.Rocket666. ## Hello, Emmie! How are you? Tramadol is derived from a narcotic. It was actually created, when some medical research scientists were trying to create a medication that would be as effective as an opiate narcotic, but not have the same side effects and addictive tendencies. However, what they ended up with was a moderate analgesic that still carries all the same risks. It can be habit forming and may cause side effects such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, depression of the centr... ...
