I was given a pill for pain. It is a round, white pill with a line down the middle. On one half there is a V and on the other half there are these numbers: 4839. It is blank on the other side. A white pill with 44 over 198 stamped on one side, and blank on the other. Not sure what these are. It looks like aspirin, just not sure on the stamping.
