12 Topics FoundIn my bottle of pills (misc) I found a couple that had a fancy "v" on one side, & the #s 4007 on the other side. The pills are quite small, round, & white ## Hello, Matt! How are you? This tablet is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 0.5mgs of Lorazepam, which is a benzodiazepine that's most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Is there anything else I can help with?

white round pill with 4007 on one side and looks like t v on other side ## The printing on these pills frequently seems to look funny, but I think what you may be looking at is the marking 4097 TV and the tablet contains 20mgs of the muscle relaxant Baclofen. Learn more Baclofen details here. Where did you find it?
