Hi: I found small round pills about 3-5 mm in diameter in my neices room, they are white and a picture of a pregnant lady (side view) the picture is in fuschia ink, the preganat lady has shoulder length hair and she is hold the side of her stomache. I am wondering what these pills are, other pills are small orange pills, same diameter as the white ones, has APO 10 on one side. 20 and 20 cross imprint on one side and nothing on the other side, tablet type pill ## Actually, I believe the imprint you're looking at is ZC 02, but the tablets are so tiny that it is very hard to make out the markings with the naked eye. The white, round tablet with the crossed score mark and the imprint of ZC 02 contains 25mgs of Promethazine, the active ingredient in Phenergan, it is an antihistamine that's most commonly used to help treat or prevent nausea and vomiting.
