Found these unlabeled in garage, they're really tiny white tablets with a capital T on one side and 25 on the other. It's Canadian by the way. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ## Found a match! So it would really be hard to tell if they were fake unless you got a bad counterfeit from an untrusted source. what is the pill? ## Based on my investigation, an oblong blue pill marked "NT" is "rumored to be" Tylenol cold and sinus nighttime, containing Acetaminophen, Diphenhydramine and Pseudoephedrine. "NT" is commonly used to depict nighttime versions of various over the counter medications. It's upside down. it's actually 05 52 with an M on the backside. It's an oxycodone 5mg. ## Hi Swim, Thanks for posting the correct imprint. One thing to note is that Oravig pills are round but have one flat side imprinted with an L but the other side is spherical.
