The pill I found is round, white and had an x on one side and U 159 on the other side. What is it? ## Any chance that the imprint on your pill says "U 169" instead of U 159? I located a round white pill with U 169 on one side and an x (or cross-scored) on the back. This pill is reportedly identified as a 4mg Tizanidine HCL tablet, used as a muscle relaxant. There is a tablet matching this description that's manufactured by Actavis that they list as containing 1mg of Lorazepam. The FDA classifies this medication as being a benzodiazepine that's most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders.
